Server don't know her name. Was good in the beginning. Our group was discussing tipping. And I had mentioned that I do not tip on debit or credit, and had explained that you don't know if they get it or if the owner takes a percentage. But our server did not hear the last part. I had asked for one more drink and the bill, she immediately whipped around and pointed at me and said, YOUR CUT OFF YOU DON'T TIP. So I paid my bill which was under 30 dollars, with debit. But what she didn't know is that I had a 20 cash tip for her. Which of course she didn't get. After this experience I will never come back. And to boot I know most of your regulars, after to speaking to them about this, they have all said ya the owner doesn't care how the staff talk to...

Even with taking the bad area/location into strong consideration when rating Player's, it's still of extreme dissatisfaction. The waitresses/bartenders are the absolute worse. Unspeakably crass, surly, slow to come around and take an order for another drink despite not being busy whatsoever. Lots of their friends will come in & they will just slack off big time as seeing their friends when they're supposed to be working is more important. Most the customers are rude, miserable white trash types. Just one of the worst negative vibes/environment's for a bar/restaurant. Luckily only the runner up for worst in the east end as Gordy's Brewhouse is even more of a disgrace & horrendously...

Good evening. Let's start out by saying the friends that I was with last night attend players every Monday night. I believe they sit in the same spot(up top) by the TV'S. The chair that I was sitting in was broken as the arm fell right off. Which I was surprised by seeing how there was lots of chairs stacked up right in front of me. The server was friendly but never put anyone's drinks in front of them which I found kind of strange. The chicken wings were extremely tiny but with decent flavor. I'm pretty easy to please to be honest but would have a hard time coming back seeing how there is so many different places to go...
