Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Ontario

Can't say anything bad about the food because it is good most the time. Just make sure you have like 20 bucks per person to eat there. And if you want to work there don't I did. The other staff is great and helpful and so can be the owners at times. They don't care about anything but getting money even told me that. I told them when they hired me that I have no car and I need hours on bus times but could do the odd time off bus times. It is 25 bucks one way in a cab so you can understand why I couldn't do it all the time. Did they care? NOPE. As to no falt of my own I was late twice do to bus being behind. Now I leave for bus where I get to work between 30 and 40 min before my shift. So it was not a continuous thing and both the times I was late as 5min then 15 and I called to let them know. Never did I not no show. Then my oldest of 3 kids all under 6 had an appointment in London at 10am and I had to be at work for 5pm so I knew I would be fine as anyone would. However well in London of all things my friends transmission went. I tried everything I could to get back. Long story short was I had to take the train home. The train next train home did not leave London till 8pm which was the end of my shift. So shoot I would not make it. Unable to make a LD call out I texted my boss's cell. The next day I went in I was fired. Said they never got a text and even was high and mighty to show me the phone with no text from me. Now how easy is it to just delete a text and say oops never got one. So a month before Christmas they fire me. So much for Christmas kids Daddy did not make hiss boss enough money so now we have no money. So in conclusion good food but cost a heck of a lot, and if you wanna work...

I wish I could give this a better rating! I had Quesada in Mississauga and absolutely loved it, so the chain itself can't be that bad.

I visited the one in Chatham after hearing glowing reviews, and I was delighted to find that I was the only person in line!

Except then I waited. And waited. Annnnnd waited while two female employees chatted. After a three or four minutes they had a conversation about who had to serve me, as though I weren't there. When I finally did get served, she stopped midway through and began another task, and had to be reminded by the other lady to finish up with me... which she didnt. As she was adding things to my bowl, she continued her conversation with the other employee and asked me the same question two or three times because she wasn't paying attention.

The male employee on duty finished my bowl and rang me out (he was very friendly and the first time I didn't feel invisible), after I had been in the otherwise empty restaurant for around ten minutes.

Bad service doesn't earn one star from me - add in the fact that after a four minute drive home, my food was mostly cold and the steak was as tough as rubber and tasted like bologna... yeah, that...

Love the food but Staff was rude and dismissive, this is the second time this has happened to us. My husband and I used the coupon we have and again the staff did not know about it and again treated us like we were trying to pull a fast one on them, like we were second class citizens, like it is our fault that they didn't know about the coupon. I would ask a question and they will just look at me and when I said "can you please answer my question instead of just looking at me? The other person chimes in and says that "She's trying to figure out the answer to your question!" Like, was I supposed to just keep repeating the question. They were in a hurry to put the toppings on the that they started putting corn(again), and had to fish it out, so hopefully this time I don't get an allergic...
