Update: I tried a Caramel Frappuccino with Oat milk, it was very good. So glad they added oat milk to their nondairy line up. Almond milk in the Fraps have such an awful weird flavor! But the oat milk was like cream. I don't miss the dairy, yay!
The service was okay this time. But the time before was so bad. I spoked to the manager and she was so good and corrected the problem. This is why I came back today.
The frappucinos here have barely any flavor. I don't think they are adding enough syrup or something. Also, when i order them on the app, everytime i come to get my order, theg ask me if i want whip cream on top. Of course i do. That is how they are advertised. Why would they not want to make them as the photo shows? And it is what i ordered. I didn't say no whip cream. Also, the toppings, they dont put thd toppings on as the order shows. Read moreI’m writing to share my frustration with the service I’ve received at the Starbucks in Chatham. I have visited this location multiple times, and each visit has been disappointing.
Most recently, I ordered a mango dragon fruit with extra base. However, the staff required permission from a manager to prepare the drink, which seems unnecessary for a standard order. Additionally, the lid was not properly secured, resulting in the drink spilling and staining my clothes. Unfortunately, this is a recurring issue at this location.
I’ve visited many other Starbucks locations across Ontario—from Windsor to Chatham to Toronto—and have never experienced these issues. It seems that this particular location lacks the training and attention to detail required to provide the quality of service and drinks that Starbucks is known for.
