Went through drive thru. Specified only certain items on the burgers. Had to tell person 3 different times. No big deal. Sat in parking lot, found out 2 burgers were wrong & the other burger was bit into by someone else so needed all 3 corrected. Plus didn’t get the extra 4th small fry I ordered. Sent in teen son because I’m in a wheelchair and it was easier to do so. There was a communication error & he was not given the cry, and the burgers were wrong again. Called and spoke to someone who put the entire blame on my son, but ended up correcting the order again. Finally done correctly & got the small fry I paid extra for. It wasn’t busy at the time but by the time we were getting orders fixed, the drive thru started to get busier. I realize it’s a long weekend, but I’ve never had a problem like this at Burger King in Chatham before. I realize it’s a long weekend, but we rarely eat fast food since we are in another town without fast food. This was a treat & I didn’t really like the way all the blame was placed on me for the drive thru error and all the blame on my son who was doing something for us outside of his usual parameters (anxiety). It’s an experience that has left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve never had a problem with any of the younger employees & everyone is usually so friendly. I wouldn’t normally complain about an order, but this happened repeatedly, and no acceptance of any blame on their behalf was taken. It’s all our fault. Yet I ordered the same way I’ve always ordered with BK, specifically saying that I only want certain items on certain burgers. Only those items. My son has functioning autism and I feel he was taken advantage of because of his meek nature. I’m trying to teach him the ways of the world, how to function in society as he grows up, and this was not a good experience and caused severe anxiety. BK is so much cheaper than other similar fast food restaurants, but I think I would rather pay double or triple the price for better service. I’ll miss the whoppers. We rarely eat out & when we...
Read moreIn the month of November we attempted to enjoy Burger King 2 times. The first attempt, a drive thru visit was met with having to wait by a stop sign for about 10 minutes. We quickly looked, counted burgers and fries and drove 20 minutes home (we live in the country). When we got home, our two chicken parmigiana burgers were plain chicken burgers. A little disappointing as we stated this twice when placing the order. Our second attempt, I decided to go into the restaurant and it was a Saturday around 130. I specifically told the young man of our last visit and he ensured he was an ordering expert and that he would get it right. Two chicken parmigiana were including in our order... however the 2 regular chicken burgers for $7 were two cheeseburgers when we got home :( I had two disappointed children but again, I wasn't about to drive 20 minutes back into town. Now, upon reading our receipts (on both scenarios) it was in fact the orderer who got our orders wrong. It's so disappointing as I rather enjoy...

Update: After a long long time, I gave it another try.. June 13, 2018, I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger combo. I took a bite of it in the parking lot and although the bun and burger was warm, the bacon was so cold. It was like as if it came straight out of the refrigerator. Yuck!! It didnt even look cooked. I took a pic of it and went back thru the drive thru and told the male employee about the cold bacon. He told me theyll give me another one. When I got to the window the guy just handed me a bag with the burger. He didnt care. I asked him if it was raw and am I going to get sick. He said no they are precooked bacon strips and are then frozen and then they heat them. They didnt heat them at all, at least not in the burger they have me. Yuck.
Yuck they mostly give out lukewarm food. Not hot. Awful. Gives BK a bad name. When they are fresh,...
