Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Ontario

First off, we had a little issue with Uber Eats. We ordered two for one or thought we ordered the two for one however we only ordered one bowl. I looked at the bill and noticed it was $33 for one bowl. I ended up cancelling the order and was promptly charged over $18 for cancelling. Uber didn’t tell me there was a cancellation fee. I literally cancelled it within one minute of submitting the order so I was a bit surprised at that. After speaking with a lovely lady at the restaurant, she explained she could not do anything about the order, or refunding it, but only prepare it if we came to get it. The problem was is we had had a few too many to drive to get it LOL. So we decided on to order correctly and ordered the two for one again. She offered to place our first order in with the second order, which was fantastic. In my opinion, this is just good customer service. And the food was just as expected. We really enjoy Quesada!...

Tasty food, I love their veggie burritos, the food is fresh, speedy and delicious! The best part about this location is hands down the excellent customer service!! I only ever go to the Wellington location because the staff there are phenomenal! They treat you like family and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great time while waiting for your meal to be prepared. Even after moving outside London a year ago and only going back once every few months, the staff here remember my husband and I and even what we like to order! It’s unreal! They are just so friendly and genuinely happy to serve you, I wish every restaurant had a team like they do. They do a great job and it’s easy to see they they are passionate about great service! Bright and clean.

Small containers to hold toppings so they are changed frequently. Having had food poisoning twice, I LOVE the attention to food safety.

Staff are so incredibly friendly!! Give them raises. Seriously. They are phenomenal.

Portions are generous, preparation is fast, ingredients are fresh and i love their burrito of the day deal!

Nachos. Amazing. Real tortilla chips, generous toppings, quality ingredients.

Seriously. Eat here. Prices are totally reasonable for what you get. They also carry a great selection of beverages!!

My fav? Pork el pastor burrito, with rice, black beans, refried beans, mild salsa, tomato, corn, cilantro, cheese....
