Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Ontario

This place MAY (I doubt it) be decent in the restraunt, but order from here and expect garbage. $12.50 for a Chicken quesadilla that didn't have ANY salsa and barely any cheese despite the fact I payed a dollar extra for MORE CHEESE! the veggies in it were barely cooked to entirely uncooked and just stuffed inside.

The steak nachos my friend chose had almost no salsa as well, could barely taste it, and WAY too much sour cream. It was like they mixed up the salsa for sour cream!

The packaging was broken letting the heat escape, both nachos and quesadilla were soggy, basically everything about it was a pathetic disappointment. I could half-ass create a better Quesadilla than these people at home, I know this because I can make VERY good quesadillas. This was 0 effort, no care, they just slopped everything together and then shipped it out like they were serving pigs on a farm.

I am never ordering from this place again. Seriously, 90% of the problems would be fixed if they merely had tiny containers on the side for the salsa and sour cream to dip everything in it. However they are too lazy and cheap to get them. Pathetic joke of a restaurant, all the so called food critics are being bribed with how much lies they spew about most of these restaurants. Im not usually one to write bad reviews but the experience I just had left me no choice. I walked in the store around 7:55PM and was greeted by the girl behind the counter with a terrible attitude. I continued with my order and disregarded her lack of customer service. A young guy from the back stepped out to bring something to the front of the store and the girl proceeded to yell at him in front of me for not washing the dishes.

Whether the guy was doing his job or not, she has absolutely no excuse to humiliate him in front of a customer. She yelled out loud that she will be speaking with Nicole (assuming this is the manager) that she does not want to be scheduled the same shift as him. The lack of professionalism and customer service is one thing, but to yell at a coworker infront of others is unacceptable regardless of what position you hold in your job. To clarify she was a shorter girl but I couldn't catch her name. There was another girl in the back also who's shift ended at 9:00PM from what I heard through the yelling but she was not involved.

Its exactly this type of service that gives the franchise a bad rep and makes people not...

I usually go here once every 2 weeks as I work close by. There was a younger boy working today 02/15/2022 and he had NO interest in waiting on me. I was the only one in the restaurant and I ended up looking at my phone because I had to be back to work and it took him about 5 minutes to come to the front. Once he did I asked for a burrito bowl and he said what do you want as he was going to put rice in the bottom. I asked please if I could get lettuce instead for the Base. He was not impressed went over grabbed less than a handful probably about 10 pieces put it in and asked what kind of beans I said re-fried. There’s none ….
