Up and running again after being dark for COVID lockdown it is great to see Adam and the gang open for biz (albeit for front door takeout options as far as I know but check with them to see what they plan on offering going forward). It was nice to be able to grab a quick sandwich and latte with a baked treat and the food and service are just as fast, friendly and delish as before. If you are wandering this part of downtown and see them open, do yourself a favour and treat yourself to some great eats and drinks at what I consider very good prices for the quality and consistency Reset provides. I hadn't planned on stopping anywhere on my walk home, but sure glad I did. There may be restrictions in place (for our collective safety) but there is no restriction on how good lunch tasted. Very much looking forward to a fully open and bustling Reset but for now I am happy just to grab a fix and wander on.

I ordered for the first time today because I was craving a latte and wanted to try somewhere new. I am IN LOVE! I ordered their Cafe Reset specialty latte with extra cayenne. Starbucks used to have a Chili Mocha and this blows it out of the water. You can taste the chocolate, caramel and cinnamon in every sip, and the cayenne has a great bite! My partner ordered a latte with 2 caramel shots and it is also delicious. It is sweet without being overwhelming. The caramel has an almost buttery flavor to it which is just omg so good. We also got toast - The Classic. It was HUGE! They were incredibly generous with the toppings which I was surprised about. I also normally dislike fresh tomato choices by restaurants, but they used the sweet "meat" of the tomato in cubes instead of slimy slices. Delicious. :) The picture is just HALF of the toast because I started eating before I could take a picture!

Hi, just came here this afternoon and honestly had the worst experience. I’m all about supporting locals and etc but this restaurants service was not it. I walked into the coffee shop waiting to order, and the barista looked at me but acted like I wasn’t there. After waiting, another employee finally took my order. I ordered an eggnog latte and chocolate muffin. A Caucasian customer walks in after me and got the best customer service “Hi how are you n etc.”Interesting how this still exists in Canada in 2023. I love checking out local cafes but this just ruined my experience. Worst of all Food and drink is horrible. Egg nog latte 3/10 just tasted like warm milk, hint of coffee, and no taste of egg nog. Double chocolate Muffin 2/10 no flavour you can probably get a better one at Tim’s.

This was my second time at Reset. The first experience was good, although service was a little slow.

Space: lovely and cute cafe with beautiful decor and ample seating. So many spots to charge your devices so that’s a big plus! They also sell local beer/ wine which is a nice touch!

Food: I ordered a spinach pastry and my friend got a custard tart. She said the tart was delicious! My pastry was tasty but I do wish I was offered the option to have it warmed as we were dining in.

Drinks: unfortunately both of our drink orders were made incorrectly. I got an iced decaf americano with syrups and milk, both the syrups and milk were forgotten. My friend got a strawberry matcha but she was given a smaller size than requested/paid for. When she notified the barista and returned to her seat, he approached our table to ask for her incorrect drink back. We were both a little surprised at the request as we’ve never had this experience at other cafes… usually the order is just rectified. I’m not sure if this is usual protocol but it did make for an awkward interaction.

Service: there’s room for improvement on the service front; although it wasn’t busy the baristas did not approach quickly to take our order, then there was the incident noted above. After which we noticed the baristas gossiping and looking in our direction.

Overall, it is a nice cafe and good option to spend some time to study, hang out or work. I think if some more focus is put into the customer service, then it...

Visited this newest of London cafes for the first time today and was very impressed with the menu, service, space, and decour.

Fully licensed to serve liquor the menu offers a broad range of not just coffees but beverages both hot and cold that are sure to slake any thirst. I had a rum laced milky drink that really hit the spot without being overpowering to which I added the Avocato Toast which was modest but satisfying. The food tasted great but could use some improvement in presentation.

The colours on the walls of this establishment and the selection of furniture speaks to an eclectic but discerning artistic eye. Once inside you find yourself immersed in the space, colours and textures, relaxing into your surroundings and enjoying it.

Reset Social Cafe has a decidedly international flare and air of diversity reminiscent of United Colors Of Benetton ... its welcoming sophistication harkens to an earlier era of global and cultural exchange quite at odds with the current climate of closed borders, regionalism and insularity. During my visit I felt like I was in an Olympic village in a tropical country.

I encourage you to visit and stay a while because you will not regret it. With spacious inner dining, plenty of patio space and seating comfort should not be an issue. This is sure to become a landmark...

Updated February 25th this morning I ordered at 8:46 through the app and scheduled pick up for 9:10. I arrived a few minutes after 9:00 and decided to sit and have a coffee to warm up. I waited until about 9:15 and then asked the staff about my order. They said it must not have printed and then they proceeded to do what they were doing . They did not inform me about the status of my order if they were just starting it or what was happening until I asked a second time and finally they informed me there was a glitch in the system which I understand since the staff said that the pickup time showed 110 and not 9:10. I noticed that several other customers received their order before mine was prepared and I went to speak with owner as he was doing some paperwork. He made eye contact but did nothing even when I called him I thought I should get better service for paying over $19 for two breakfast sandwiches!

I just started to come here about a month ago and the customer service and smiles are phenomenal! The staff really make you feel like you have known them your whole life. The place was super clean and very clear menus. I had some confusion about the sign up process in getting my account with my phone number connected to my email, and the manager/ possibly owner went out of his way and tried his very best to get...
