Roli Poli is easily the best quality ice cream in town. I have tried so many different types of ice cream across the globe and I feel so lucky to have a place like this in London! Aside from the beautiful presentation of the hand rolled icecream, the quality itself has me HOOKED! In response to the negative reviews: Roli Poli can teach us a lesson in delayed gratification. If you cannot tolerate the long wait times (it's HARD WORK rolling the icecream from scratch), then a fast food joint will better suit your needs. The employees have been excellent at estimating the wait times - I chose to go for a walk around the park until my icecream was ready. Also, in regards to the prices - very comparable to other high quality icecream shops. I'd suggest sharing a size large with someone if you want to save money - this portion was perfect for two! All I can say is Wow! This place has nailed unique and quality on the head. Each one is hand rolled by order and tastes amazing! This has quickly become my favorite spot to go when I have a sweet tooth. Yes the wait can be between 30-45 minutes, but it's worth the wait because the quality of the product is unbeatable. Where else can you get ice cream that is so fresh made in front of your eyes.

It's so sad to read how much Londoners have ripped apart a brand new small business. This is not a chain and is a new concept to Canada, of course any small business is going to have things to improve in the first month but these reviews are just brutal! Not sure how one expects to get fresh ice cream, without the wait, it's one or the other folks!
