I am so unhappy with the way we were treated ( or rather not treated). As you all know, Starbucks is a lovely spot university students come to study. I and my partner came today and we ordered drinks to stay. Glass cups were new.. my entire iced chai tea latte was quickly spilled onto my entire laptop face and all over myself and my bags. Nobody came to offer help cleaning, my partner asked for napkins as it was extremely messy and they still did not offer to help. Not only was my drink spilled all over my laptop and costing me now over 400$ to fix it, none of the employees offered to remake my drink as I hadnāt even gotten a chance to drink it by the time it spilt. The only interaction within this whole experience was an employee wiping the chair while saying āthis was the only available table left, if youād like to continue studying you will probably have to check if thereās tables at the other locationā. Absolutely terrible service. Iāve never been more embarassed and I damn well lost $15 of my money on top of my damage fees to repair my laptop. (My partner as well could not take his drink with us to the Apple Store because they were in glasses⦠and once again nobody offered to remake our now wasted drinks. Incredibly...

On top of that I like to bring my kitties out with me while I grab a drink. the staff never fail to be the sweetest human beings and as someone who works in the customer service industry as well. I know that most of the time when a customer leaves a bad review, theyāre usually the rude ones and in turn they inspect everything we do under a microscope picking out the slightest thing they dislike and blowing it up. Iām also quite a chatty person so I do appreciate their patience with me. I also tend to make multiple separate orders or purchases at a time whenever Iām there for a while. I made the purchase around 9:45 and it was still lining up. I understand you were about to close, but I paid for the drink I think I deserve the right thing. I couldn't believe the lady gave me the drink when you can tell it's not right simply with your eyes. I was going to catch a movie so didn't have time to argue.
