Only one person making the drinks one at a time during a busy lunch rush. Both of the people working looked like they had no clue what was going on, and kept having to yell back to customers asking them what they ordered. I ordered a coffee frappucino with soy and watched her make it in a dairy blender after waiting for 20 mins for my drink. When I pointed it out and asked if my drink was soy she snapped back and said "yes the soy milk is right here" while waving it at me, and then I said she used the dairy blender. The cashier there gets mads at custom drinks and get snappy, and the overall vibe there is "hurry up and order and leave", the person who made our drinks got mad when we said she messed up our orders, and even though it said directions on the side clearly infront of her, she proceeded to lie and say it wasnt on there when she got it. Terrible guest recovery and service here, will be going to the princess street location in the morning...
