Usually very busy, have to get there between 8 and 10am to avoid crazy long lines. Theres internal seating and their coffees are good. Not too friendly for those with dietary restrictions since there's a very limited choice of pastries and food in general

Bagels are off the chart bagelicious, most drinks are also a banger (shoutout apple pie chai and iced chai latte), but some are pretty much just there for a caffeine fix. Scones and Sammys are also slayful

Good music to listen to when you're in line. Great cheddar bagel. My fav place for coffee and food on Queen's campus.

This is my first visit to the Tea Room and I am very impressed. First of all, on the eco-friendly side, all of their disposable items have zero consumer waste. On the ethical side, The Tea Room is labelled a Fair Trade Certified Cafe. On the community side, the food is locally sourced. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food is freshly made, with loads of healthy choices. The prices are reasonable, and the service is friendly. The Tea Room features upteen types of expresso based drinks, teas, and specialty drinks. The music is pleasant, and at a level that is relaxing. They even have daily specials. What more...

Great little cozy coffee shop right on campus. They have options for a light breakfast or lunch, as well as lots of tea options, and espresso-based drinks. Beverages are very reasonably priced, food is a little more expensive than something like Tim Hortons, but worth it! They also serve hot and cold drinks. I like the friendly cozy atmosphere, and the service is good. I like that they provide healthy options for a quick snack, and have fresh locally sourced foods. I Also like that all the cups are compostable, and they will even serve your beverage in your own travel mug (which also gets a...

Whoever was on shift making drinks at 2 pm on Thursday, Oct 5th, 2023, was incompetent. It took half an hour for me to get a simple hot tea. He first made the wrong drink, and then when making a hot tea, insisted on waiting for it to steep and taking the bag out before handing it to me, giving me a very weak tea. Who messes up putting hot water and a tea...
