Stoner's Grub House pizzeria, Sandwiches & Subs — Restaurant in Ontario

Spoke to the owner Alex today after ordering through Uber eats and highly recommend calling the number listed to place an order, or if you are confused about your order. He was super personable and my girlfriend and I talked for 10 minutes as my food was finishing up and I couldn't be happier.

This order was the Nacho Smasher and a container of salsa & sour cream to dip or top your slices. The dough/crust is very tasty and cooked well every time I've ordered. This particular one though was nearly perfect. Only thing that would have made it better would be sitting down and eating it fresh out of the oven, but sadly the store isn't set up for that.

There was also a side of pasta which was kinda confusing to order through Uber eats because they set up the menu in a way that might not make sense right away to everyone. Each order comes with three REGULAR TOPPINGS that you write in the comment section and can add 1 of the additional toppings for $. Pasta sauce is a little bit spicy according to my girlfriend but I barely noticed, I felt it was very flavorful with added veggies, and the pasta itself has always been done great!

Stoners is my favorite place to eat since Frank & Gus's closed, and I've still not tried the entire menu. I look forward to chatting with Alex again and getting more 🔥fire🔥 grub...

My husband and I really wanted to love this place. It was our first time ordering here. We picked up 2 medium pizzas with 2 topings each (one pizza was gluten free) and 2lb of wings. According to their online menu, this should have cost $63.12 including tax. They charged me $85.88. I didn't have my glasses when I picked up my order and tapped my credit card to pay. I later checked my credit card statement and saw that they did charge $85.88. As this is higher than I expected (based on their online menu prices) I called Stoners Grub and asked to verify if I was overcharged. The guy who answered said that he would call me back after checking. He called back and said that $85.88 is the correct amount. Apparently, a medium pizza 2 topping is $21, a medium pizza gluten free 2 toppings is $25 and 2lb wings $28, all plus tax. These prices are much higher than their online menu shows. After hanging up, I checked the prices for Stoner's Grub on Uber Eats and all prices are cheaper than what the guy told me on the phone. Needless to say, I feel ripped off. Apparently, according to the prices offered by the guy from Stoner's Grub who answered the phone, you can get cheaper prices if you order through UberEats, which makes no sense. The food was mediocre at best, so we definitely won't...

Was thinking I was gonna have the most epic meal and date night with the Bo. Have ordered there before and picked up was good food but a bit pricey. This time, i went in and was ignored 3 times by the guy behind the counter and the kid folding boxes. They didn't even look at me. when i left the guy behind the counter acknowledged me after i got in my vehical, screw that!!. Will tell everyone I work with at the hospital and my friends about my experience. I left and went to doughboys and was treated like gold. Will never go again, and as for your response, maybe it would be helpful if the people in your store would at least acknowledge the people at the counter, and it was more than a couple minutes and I did not run to my vehical, i saw you come from the back and look at me when i was starting my truck, and, I was already standing there when the man behind the counter grabbed a pad from right in front of me while answering the phone and you were in the back a bit and instead of acknowledgeing me you went to the back, how was i suppose to know you were getting another order pad , neither of you even looked at me.
