T. Bear's Creamery — Restaurant in Ontario

I have anyways been here and had a great experience but tonight was not the case! I love the ice cream but the customer service tonight with “Oshi” was awful! We had to call her from the back to ask about a cake I wanted to order and it was a hassle! Also my husband got a 1 scoop ice cream that wasn’t as big as my sister and I served by the other nice girl! We witnessed her just standing there not asking people or even saying hello can I help you! Instead was in back texting on her phone! I was in customer service for 10 years no one should treat anyone that way! She shouldn’t be in the customer...

So this is the cake we received it was picked up by a family friend since I live outta town and was easier for them to pickup and bring put here than us come but what a cake we got literally looks like a 5 year old did the cake and we payed 60$ and told all sales are final my sons name is spelled wrong , and pictures are ridiculous, the writing is very bad horrible customer service and to be told basically it is what it is call back when owners are here yeah for everyone who knows me in city which is alot have your friend make a cake for ya be better quality hell Costco...

We brought our kids in. Can't complain about the 2 scoops the kids got ..but we asked for the floats. Strawberry kiwi looked like just juice with a small chunk of ice cream floating in it. The root beer one had a tiny blob of whipped cream on it and barely any ice cream in it. We asked if this is how it was supposed to be and the girl cashing out completely ignored the question and told us the total to basically pay and get us out. They had zero personality to them and did not look like they wanted to be there. Don't think I'll be back...
