Tahini's — Restaurant in Ontario

Came with a group of five people, everyone got the Habibi bowl. It was advertised to have pita chips in it with salad, but once we got the dishes and opened them up in the car, they had no toppings, but simply chicken and rice. We had already left the store at that time, but upon calling me back, it was confirmed that the reason that most of the toppings were missing was because they didn’t have it in stock. This is extremely disappointing and very unprofessional from the staff. If the toppings aren’t available, at least let the customer know but instead, the guy at front cashier didn’t mention anything and give us the food is normal. Extremely disappointed in this location and the food and chicken had a distinct smell and taste to it. Next time, please inform your customers when there are toppings missing and keep a professional atmosphere in the store. I highly recommend anyone visiting to avoid this place and go to any other Shawarma store...

We went here for lunch today 😋 just to try it. I ordered the gyro wrap and two samosas. Phenomenal service, quick to welcome in guests, and food is made fresh. It is absolutely worth the price. Excellent flavors. I want to touch base with some of these bad reviews I've just read... To the lady complaining that she had to wait 15 minutes. Yes, they make your food fresh and make the effort to serve you a quality product. To the man saying worst gyro ever. This is a tahini themed restaurant. It's not a traditional greek gyro. It's the Tahini version of the gyro. And I thought it was absolutely fabulous.

Come here with an open mind and be ready to try something new. I look forward to trying other things on this menu...

I ordered two Shawarma's and ask for lots of garlic sauce. The meat was not fresh, it was so dry, chewy and overcooked from old meat being reheated. Also there was so little sauce you couldn't even taste garlic. I had eaten here last year and it was fresh and delicious, obviously they stopped caring what quality of food The are putting out since they opened. Both myself and my wife took a couple of bites and looked at each other in disbelief on how bad the food was. Needless to say we both through out the food and ordered from somewhere else.

I probably should have walked out when I saw the place was void of customers right at dinner time and only one person working.
