The Well Windsor — Restaurant in Ontario

Came out to The Well multiple times already to see what it was all about. The first floor has a beautiful bar inside that is perfect for more intimate time for chatting with friends and staff. Second floor has a BEAUTIFUL area with AMAZING drag performances that I was lucky enough to see on their opening night. The rooftop bar has beautiful views and a nice space to just be able to drink outside and cool off. The staff were all so friendly and had the best personalities. Tried to call five times during daytime operating hours to ask about accessibility, none of the calls were answered which is frustrating. Ended up visiting on a Saturday night. DJ was trash and trashed - neither are a good look for a new bar. Staff were a bit arrogant and slow considering the place was maybe 20% full. I’d rather go to a “straight bar” with good service, better music and attentive staff. We’ll see how long...
