Well after 12+ years you have managed to lose my buisness. I go to Tim Hortons faithfully twice a day - I have made reviews, I have called and spoken to employees directly and yet basic etiquette doesnt seem to apply here. I'm not looking for fine dining im looking fir you NOT to touch where I put my mouth when I get a drink. Its simple. I can put up with the "off" coffee every once and a while and I can put up with the mistakes to my order everyone makes mistakes but this is such a simple request and the fact that my reviews never get responded to shows me that the business doesnt care give me a reason to support it ?

Specifically from this location. Every other timmies in town is great! This place is a joke.
Not only did they get my order wrong again- they belittled me as I opened my order up to make sure it was proper- and guess what, it wasn’t. I was then told that I didn’t order what I expected and received glares of disrespect as I checked my receipt to only prove I did order what I expected and didn’t receive it.
