went with my sister to this location, i got a salad with no tomato, and add pickles (with more but shown in the receipt i posted) just to drive all the way across town to my house and open it to no pickles and lots of tomatoes. my sister then opened up her sub and noticed they put a total of 5 small diced pickles across the entire sub , they also added the completely wrong sauce on half. she asked for a different sauce on it so i’m assuming they put it on one side and then realized and just put the other sauce on the other side. so we called complaining and they said they could remake the salad another time or bring it in now to have it remade. remaking it now was not an option since i live all the way across the city. now with the sub they refused to do anything about it. they basically told my sister she was blind cause she couldn’t see all the pickles and saying it’s the quantity. the first girl to answer the phone was telling different stories about her reviewing the cameras vs the manager. she was telling us no managers nor supervisors were in and then all of a sudden there’s a supervisor to talk. he offered a free drink and chips next time but she didn’t even get that. so in all it doesn’t accommodate anything. honestly we were mainly focused on the salad but then they started being really rude about everything and then that’s when we asked if we can have both made the next time we come and they said no. we didn’t like the way we were spoken to and told we’d make reviews and they didn’t seem to even care. none of them had manners and i’m very disappointed with...
Read moreMy son spent his hard earned money here and the sub was awful. I phoned right away and we went in a week later to replace it and they refused! I have contacted thru email only because they have no number to head office three times. No response! I did get a call at 11 pm so I phoned the next day and denied they called. I have it all documented. Just tried to complain again online and what a surprise would not let me submit!!! Thus is how many times I tried to get a response from them with no action. I wouldn't care if it was just me but my 16 year old son worked hard for his money. They took advantage as far as I'm concerned! Fast forward to January 28th from my son's order in December, they are now requesting a receipt lol first off my 16 year old son purchased this over month ago and they are arguing with me to replace a 15 dollar sub! Read moreNot sure what the big hype was. The Subs don't look like the picture. There is no way you can convince me that they do. The steak is not high quality meat as they advertise and it doesn't look like the picture. It looks like the cheap steak that Subway uses. Toppings were simple and boring, not enough sauce, Bread is not toasted .. Blanddd ... I'm so disappointed for waiting so many months for such a result. And to charge 14 dollars for one sub that doesn't even compare to Subway, Mr. Sub or Quiznoz .. is simply outrageous. Quiznos in Lasalle at the gas station blows this place out of the water. Mr. Sub in Chatham is also better .. and now .. i never thought i would say this .. but i would rather go to subway because Firehouse subs isn't what's advertised.
