Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Ontario

They don't serve chicken items before 10am, I went there at around 8am and ordered a grilled cheese with bacon and they all laughed at me and asked "are you sure? This early?". I'm not sure what's amusing about making money or placing a food order "so early" (is bacon not a breakfast food anymore?) Buy I didn't find it funny.

Ordered a ranch wrap with extra ranch and no tomatoes, was given a wrap with tomatoes and no ranch.

Third and final incident was today when using a coupon as I have been all month (why would they put them out if we aren't supposed to use them??) And the one older lady accused me of photocopying coupons which makes no sense lol.

This is what happens when you give people who don't deserve 11 dollars an hour a 3 dollar raise. They think they can treat their loyal customers like garbage.

Spent over 100 dollars at this location this month and I will never return to Tim Hortons again. Horrible people. Horrible...

I do thoroughly enjoy Tim Hortons, it is a Canadian staple after all. Iced Capps are probably my favourite and they make for a great treat. Their baked goods are yummy and always fresh. I'm not one to go out to buy hot coffee on the go and Tim Hortons is okay. Apparently, they had switched providers a little while back and it's not as good now and it used to be years ago . I love their breakfast foods. They're great for on the go if you're up early in the morning, you really can't go wrong with any of the items. I love their Farmer's Breakfast Wrap and their Biscuit Breakfast Sandwich. Their hashbrowns are also good. I haven't had much of their actual lunch foods I personally don't find any of it to stand out or appealing enough to me to want to buy something if I have other food options. This has got to be the slowest Tim Hortons I have ever experienced. Staff walking back and forth, never making eye contact with people waiting, never mind saying anything to the customers. Even a simple smile or a possible, " I'll be right with you " would go a long way. It was my first and last experience at this particular Tim Horton's. I do not live in Chatham but during our extensive wait I heard that this one is indeed, and has been for awhile, the slowest in the area. Local people actually named the best , fastest in the area and this one did NOT make the list. After taking my order, the staff didn't say anything, just walked away. It was a frustrating experience but I believe it is lack of training as well as obviously not knowing anything about customer care and service.
