I went here to use the bathroom being almost 9 months pregnant, husband was trying to go thru drive thru well their hydro went out as soon as I entered they wouldn't allow me to use the facilities I really had to go i won't ever be returning to this location especially the fact that I have to go to the front and ask to be let into the bathroom crazy doesn't matter their stuffs always stale, coffees never fresh and their attitude is horrible tim hortons is going down hill and the fact I have to wait 10 mins at the front before someone comes is crazy, I went today to use the bathroom it was disgusting toilets full of pee, and toilet paper and then crunched up toilet paper all over the floor if ur keeping those doors locked they should be clean at all times tim hortons ur disgusting it says locked for safety yeah I bet it is for my safety...

I’m a student at UCC and have been for the past 4 years. Class of 2025 started in Covid so we didn’t have access until this location until our grade 11 year. It started out great when visiting on our lunch breaks, but as the year went on, the staff became less friendly and visibly sighed when they saw any of us. I’m not sure if they based their opinion on students based off of the 9’s, but coming to tim’s everyday and just being flat out it disrespected isn’t a very welcoming environment to be in. We pay, say our gratitudes and still are treated badly. Would like to see a change of attitude especially in the older staff because they are supposed to be our role models. This is a small Tim Hortons located inside the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance - Chatham Campus. Simply walk in the main entrance, go up the stairs before the elevators, and it will be on your right hand side.
