Centro is a 10/10 on all fronts! This is THE spot you want to go to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, or date night. Its quiet and contemporary with a very chill/laid back vibe. The team at Centro pours their heart into every customer interaction, from the initial welcome to the exceptional food, to the farewell their service is absolute top notch and exactly what Chatham needs. This isn't really kid or family oriented but honestly if you're going out, treat yourself to a kid-free night and come to Centro! Their rotating menu is divine, and the exclusivity source local first and support small businesses here in the community. The only SMALL down sides to Centro is their parking lot is very small, so if you have a big truck or SUV just keep that in mind - they're also on an insanely busy corner; you will also likely want to make a reservation, they're SO popular that they're always full, so I would call ahead before dropping in. They also focus on the customer experience and quality of their food, so its also not super fast turnaround for food, but if you want fast food there are plenty of other options in the area. Centro is for the exepirience, and it's an absolute treat to have them here in our town.

What should you order? Well their "Good" or "Bad" burger of course- made from locally sourced, dry aged beef (the best beef around, if I am so bold to say). You will also find a refined selections of apps, and their Wood Fired pizza's are to die for.

In short: Denied me take-out and told me dine in only, and when I went to restaurant weeks later they had slow and unfriendly wait staff. Food was delicious, I would get the bee sting again if they don't refuse takeout.

Long: First time I tried to order take-out I was told they were saving the pizza ingredients they had for dine-in only, presumably so they could make more money during covid time? I was trying to support local by ordering there in the first place.

When I actually got there a few weeks later I got slow, unfriendly service. We arrived at 6:30 and from the start it felt like none of the staff wanted to work at all. Took 10 minutes to get the hotestess attention. 15 minutes sitting at our table waiting for the waitress. We were one of 3 tables in our section, it didn't appear crowded and even if it was busy we received no explanation or apology. The waitress said less than 20 words in 2 hours and interrupted our dialog at awkward times (interrupted mid sentence to ask how food was during a heated discussion).

Overall it just felt like we weren't wanted there which is a weird feeling when you're paying to be there and be served. Maybe the staff was having a bad day? I had high expectations after reading reviews and was quite...
