Update- Today we went three the drive through, Patricia was our server and order taker. She is the nicest person, and listens to a very complex order. I appreciate her patience and u understanding. Amazing customer service! For that I change my whole review of stars point, You alone deserve 5 out of 5 star, Thank you Patricia for putting my faith back into the service of this store. You deserve a raise!
We stood in line to order for 10min, there was a crowd of people in the section to wait for food. They have 6 people out front, no manager out front or supervisor, because I seen them come in from the back door, and as soon as they did, orders went faster and people weren't waiting as long for food. The worst part and I felt bad for the new employees, you could tell that they were new and there was no one on the floor to guide them. They all looked stressed out. Seeing how I was there long enough in line to observe this. I have worked at a Tim Hortons for more then enough years to know what us expected and how to perform. Read moreA very concerning visit. There was a very large group of young men (10--13) of a particular ethnicity which doesn't matter. But what mattered was that they were playing cards and taking up a lot of space without concern for other customers. They got aggressive goofing around with each other and for other customers appeared to create concern that it was the kind of play that could turn bad easily. One table put their coats on and left the space. An older man who had made a purchase sat down at the table when they were not there. They then returned and were ordering him out of the booth area. He stated firmly that it was empty when he sat down. They surrounded him and were insisting he return the space to them. They're did not have any purchases and were not customers per se by now. Not sure they had before. Watching this aggression caused my group to feel unsafe and leave. The manager did not come out or ask them to leave the man alone. I felt I would be uncomfortable to return again to this store. The man with the purchase and his cross word puzzle did not deserve to be faced with these disrespectful young men. Read moreBeen ordering from their mobile app almost everyday since I work close by. Never encountered such an unpleasant and unprofessional experience like today. I came in after 10 mins to get my order, I was helped by a very useless worker. I dont usually have to wait for my order, just fome in to grab n go. But today they didnt make it yet. Instead of making my order, she gave me very rude attitudes, kept calling and looking for the manager when I’m talking to her, and I didnt ask for the manager. I thought Tim Hortons is a very welcoming place because every location I go, they greet with a smile. After she called the manager, Michelle was very nice and helpful in answering my questions. I hope experiences like that wont happen in the future, especially for a long term customer. 0/10 for that girl and 10/10...
