On a recent visit to Treehouse in Windsor with my friends, we encountered a distressing display of discrimination and mistreatment. The evening started off well enough, with the club bustling with energy and excitement. However, as the night progressed and the music grew louder, my friend decided to step outside to take a phone call and escape the noise for a moment. As he attempted to re-enter the club after his brief absence, he was inexplicably denied entry by the security staff. Despite explaining that he had only stepped out momentarily and was simply returning to rejoin our group, they refused to let him in. This was especially troubling considering that moments later, we witnessed a white patron exit the club, engage in a phone conversation right in front of us, and then effortlessly re-enter without any hindrance.Feeling frustrated and outraged by this blatant display of bias, I decided to approach the security personnel and politely request that they allow my friend back inside. However, instead of addressing my concerns or even acknowledging my request, they responded with unnecessary aggression. Without warning, they grabbed my arms and forcefully escorted me out of the club, leaving me stunned and bewildered by their disproportionate reaction. The entire experience left a sour taste in our mouths and served as a stark reminder of the entrenched racism and discrimination that still plagues certain establishments. It's deeply disheartening to think that in this day and age, individuals are still being denied basic rights and equal treatment based on their race. Treehouse's actions not only reflect poorly on the establishment itself but also contribute to a broader culture of intolerance and injustice. Until they address and rectify their discriminatory practices, I cannot in good conscience recommend...
Read moreI have one of my worst nights at this place. Please read till the end, it may save you from spoiling your night at this place. First of all, the music was so awful that nobody was eager to dance with it. Secondly, the bartender who served us was so unprofessional and rude. Finally, when it came to pay the bill, she charged me for 5 drinks that I never had!! 5 drinks!!!!! She was not accepting the mistake she made, so I talked to the manager who happened to be ignoring us. He told me to pay the bill and then he will check the cameras but after paying the bill he told us that our table was at blind a spot!!!! (why do you have those cameras in your store??) So they overcharged us without paying back the rest and even never apologized for that. It was so disrespectful for me and my friends and I will never let that happen again. So have this in mind the next time you consider this place for your night gatherings and if you happen to go there eventually, be so carful with those bartenders since they can overcharge you for nothing and don not expect anyone to here your voice in that place!!! Thanks for reading.
Updated in response to the owner's comment: There in no need to lie. I have proof of payment, the receipt you charged be based on, and 5 other people who witnessed that. I don't care if I am one of those handful of people, it happened to me and my friends and you failed to provide proper costumer service. Moreover, you have to respect all of your customer's. By the way, "you are in the camera's blind spot" is the worst excuse ever for overcharging customer's. Instead of that I expected you to take the responsibility for your employee's mistake and at least apologize for the...
Read moreThe Supreme tater tots were amazing ! The entire menu is $5.95 each item ! These same tater tots loaded with cheese and extras is $12.95 at another location and these are totally comparable ! They could have more selection in ingredients for pizza or calzones / panzerottis. The pineapple which is not in the ingredients list but can order the topping anyone is canned. But you can still ask for pineapple. The 3 out of five stars was for service. The gentleman was great though who finished up with our to go order. Also the panzerottis dough you could taste a little too much yeast and the cheese bread was very flat and lifeless and overall just not very good. Cut one way so they are long limp pieces and should be cut in half again but that's just IMO. Over all it's ok eats for...
