Yasir's Gyro Pita — Restaurant in Ontario

I don't know who was working but the man was a pitagician. While cooking t wo orders he was entertaining a woman who was a little tipsy and had a smile on his face the whole time. He apologised several times for the wait and I wasnt even waiting that long I was just chilling waiting because I knew it was be a while considering I ordered from Just Eats. He was the most polite guy and hell even the tipsy lady was one of the best encounters I ever had. If you're in the neighbourhood or even from out of town you need to try this rocking wrap. I got the gyro pita and it was off the chatts. Steph Curry couldn't shoot standards higher than this. He didn't even mind me sitting around loitering and w aiting for my food. Hell when I picked up my meal he even fist bumped me. I wanted to hug the guy. I can't imagine the BS he has to deal with somedays with the people from around here. I don't know what business was like before but this Friday morning at 1am this guy made my entire life. I would pay for this man to go on vacation that's how much he impressed me. Usually I get snoppy food cooking by some sick individuals but this guy was genuinely happy to be alive and serving whatever customer walked through the door. Man Kanye couldn't be more enthuskastic. I gave this place a 5/5 because I was starving. Nowhere to go, unable to drive, didn't wanna pay delivery and then I realised. "OH SH* YASIRS IS AROUND THE CORNER". HELL even last time he threw in a smiley fry in with all the other ones. That man almost made me cry. More people need to know what Yasir's. I don't know if its the Pipe's Plus shop (keep that sh* open) or the convienence store that attracts some bad vibes but when you walk in there it feels like home. I had one of the worst experiences ordering from this restaurant using the just eat app. I placed the order at 6:30, scheduled to deliver at 7:50. I call them when it doesnt show up, no answer so i leave a message. I contact Just eat, who are able to get a hold of them, they say driver showed up but no one was home. They say they'll redeliver within half an hour. I STOOD LOOKING OUT MY WINDOW FOR HALF AN HOUR. Not a single car or person on my street. I contact just eat and they say the driver tried to deliver the second time and i wasnt home. A new driver shows up, proceeds to tell me how this whole endeavour is my fault, doesnt listen to me when i said perhaps his driver had the wrong address or was lying, hands me 2 hour old pitas and leaves.

Pitas were soggy, lettuce was gross and wilted and fries were inedible they were so cold and chalky.

Very disappointed. I used to go to this place every week once or twice becuase the food is amazing. Tonight i ordered and rhe lady was just something. First she told me i cant order the special i order every week becuase its chritmas time. Then i asked her about the size of fries and she lied to me about it so that i would have to spend another $8. Before paying i asked her to make sure she doesnt charge me tax . She lied to be and said she didnt charge me. I asked for the receipt and she hesitatedm she charged me $5 tax on the food i bought and told me there is tax on boxes and bags. Dear lady if you think you are going to make money by charging people wrongfly, keep in mind it wont last long. The business grows when u r honest with your customers.
