Stopped by this hidden gem, it really is hidden and tucked away as we drove by it the first time and had to double back. Upon entering we were warmly greeted by all the lovely ladies working. They were very accommodating as this was our first time and explained everything to us, they even have a selection of hard ice cream as well but we came to specifically try the chimney cones! I got the vegan vanilla swirled with mango and vegan chocolate sauce and pecans. My niece ordered the strawberry and Nutella chimney cone. They also come in 2 sizes and we opted for the smaller size. The service was wonderful and the ice cream was a delight! Only thing that was a bit of a let down was that the inside of the chimney cone itself is not baked, so when you get down to it the inside was a bit doughy against the ice cream when it started melting. Idk if it’s done like that on purpose or if it would be better if the whole cone was baked both inside and out. But overall it was a good experience and I’ll def be back for the...
Read moreIt's super hard to support a business when they never have what they advertise. Been 3 times with no chimneys cones available. Tonight I decided I'd get a cookies and cream waffle bowl with vanilla icecream. Ordered, paid. All of a sudden no vanilla ice cream. The amount of time I've wasted standing around this place just to be told they don't have items available is frustrating.
Chimney cones = Amazing I had the Oreo, my friend had the Cinnamon Bun. Their cream cheese frosting is delicious.
Chimneys are a little underdone in the center. I don't know if that's because of the method used to bake or if they just weren't in long enough.
Just an idea: we tried to come test out the chimney cones a few weeks ago. We waited outside in line for 30 min, get inside and there were no chimneys available. (So we left) Yesterday, there were no small chimneys available.
I think a sign on the door stating what is and isn't available will save some time, especially if people are...
Read moreso I’ll start off by saying the finished product was really delicious. we ordered the strawberry cheesecake chimney cone and a single scoop of birthday cake. we wanted a mini cone but they only had regular - they also had run out of vanilla ice cream so we got the vegan one instead. It was still delicious and the chimney cone was tasty as well. I assume a highlight of this place is the fact that it’s an open concept so you can view how the cones are created. unfortunately during our visit this definitely grossed us out as we were watching the process. The surrounding area was really messy/dirty and the fan on the counter was so dusty and it sits so close to the food and utensils! They also weren’t wearing gloves when they were shoving the cones in the cup. Maybe they were short staffed that day, but they definitely could have used some help in cleaning up and definitely...
