My family went here on Sunday August 4, 2024 for dinner. When we got there the place was quiet, there was an about 4 people getting ready to leave. We were wondering if we should leave but then we thought the service and food would be great because it wasn’t busy. They told us to sit wherever we wanted, then the waitress brought over the menus. When she came back we noticed she had a cough, which we ignored. Then she brought the drinks and she still had that annoying cough. 3 more people came in and when she was taking there order she was coughing in her hands 🤢. Still we stayed cause our food didn’t come yet. We order pizza, wings, and fries as entrees. She brought Caesar dipping sauce and I noticed right away there was a long piece of hair kind of twirled around the outside of the sauce and in the plate. We showed her, she apologized and said she’ll replace it. I know she just took the hair off and brought back the same sauce because there was sauce dripping on one side of the original and it was in the same spot of the one she brought back. When we finished the pizza my hubby noticed a small piece of hair (possibly eye lash) in the bottom of the plate when he took the last piece. He said he couldn’t say if it was from him so we just ignored it. Then my order of spaghetti and meatballs with Parmesan cheese (baked) came, my stomach was starting to feel sick after the hair incident, but we blessed the food and I ate 1 folk of the spaghetti then put another in my mouth when I noticed the hair in my meatball. We called the waitress over and showed her, she apologized and said she’ll make me another one. I told her it was okay and please call her manager. Why when the manager came she didn’t apologize she just wanted to know where I saw the hair so she can show the kitchen. Mind you the waitress had already taken it to the back. She went on to say how no one in the kitchen had long hair and everyone wears a hair net. When we were looking directly at a lady with a low ponytail and when we pulled up there was one outside on the steps smoking, who had long hair. I tried showing her the hair and guess what, the hair was gone and I told her the hair was right there. Luckily I had taken a video and a picture of my meal before I noticed the hair. I grabbed my phone and zoomed in on the meatball and low and below there the hair was. She was speechless, yet she didn’t apologize and we left. This was the second time something like this happened to us at a Boston pizza, and it was our first time going to one since 2022.
We will not be going back to any restaurant because these people that works in these establishments are nasty, some of them look like they just role out of bed and go to work.
Why would you have someone working around food with such a nasty cough. Stay away from this restaurant if you go inspect and bless your food...

If I could give zero stars, I would. My family and I have been loyal customers of Boston Pizza for years, but after this experience, we will NEVER be coming back. We were blatantly scammed by this restaurant and treated incredibly poorly by the staff when we tried to address the issue.
Here’s what happened: We purchased three Boston Pizza gift cards during a promotion, which included an incentive for using the gift cards. We’ve used multiple gift cards in a single visit before at this exact location without any issues. However, when we went in this time, the restaurant suddenly decided to change the rules on us, claiming we could only use one gift card per table. This was NOT stated anywhere when we purchased the cards, and we were specifically told by Boston Pizza staff in the past that we could use all three at once.
When we tried to explain that we had done this before and that their policy change was unfair, the staff refused to listen. The manager was dismissive, unhelpful, and had zero interest in making things right. Instead of honoring what had clearly been allowed before, they basically told us, “too bad.” So, what was supposed to be a great family meal turned into a frustrating, disappointing experience where we ended up spending way more than we planned, all because Boston Pizza decided to make up rules on the spot.
This is false advertising and completely dishonest business practice. If Boston Pizza wants to impose restrictions, they should make them clear at the time of purchase, not surprise customers when they’re already sitting at the table. We feel absolutely cheated and will never support this business again.
If you’re thinking about buying their gift cards—DON’T. They’ll change the rules whenever they feel like it, and you’ll be left paying out of pocket while they profit off their deception. Avoid this place...
