Fat Bastard Burrito Co. — Restaurant in Oshawa

I got a burrito bowl and noticed that it was pretty cold inside the store so I felt the rice and it was ice cold the beans were ice cold and that's all I was getting was a bean and rice burrito bowl I asked them in a nice kind of embarrassed way is there a way to warm this up as it's cold and she said well that's why people put it in a burrito and they don't get it in a bowl usually they can warm it up when you get home however I was driving with my family and three of us got burrito bowls and we were going to eat while we are driving on a road trip so that was not possible and also when I asked her if I could have the tomatoes and onions she then corrected me with the name of whatever they call it there and I said the pardon and she was passive aggressive and repeated what she said and I said well what's in it and she said just tomato and I know and I said when I asked for customer service horrible I got like a quarter of abortion maybe like a tablespoon of toppings and when I asked if I could get more toppings she went to go give me a scoop of rice not cool.

I always go to the location in courtice where they make me an AMAZING burrito every time. Always stuffed to the max with toppings, when I ask for extra they give me EXTRA of any topping (other than meat and cheese which I don’t ever need to ask for since they are more than generous). This location, however, is BEYOND stingy. The burrito is literally half the size of the ones in courtice. I couldn’t even believe the amount of cheese they were trying to pass off as normal, I could count the individual shreds and they use a super fine shred. There was literally like 20 tiny shreds of cheese and when I questioned it the girl was like “nope this is the correct amount for this size.” I told her the courtice location puts triple the amount on for the same size so she begrudgingly threw another tiny pinch on top. This chain is amazing and their burritos are delicious but do yourself a favour and get the bang for your buck and go to courtice. Really bad service, Shiva the manager i guess refused to give the other girl name who actually gave us attitude right from the beginning. We asked for chicken burrito and since we get very limited toppings- I asked to give genuine amount of toppings which all the other places of this brand gives. PATHETIC PATHETIC SERVICE , we said need our money back- Gave us attitude and went at the back in the middle of making a burrito When asked for her name, she recused to give and started shouting and the manager refused to give the name as well. I guess many people have reviewed this place with the same bad behaviour reason and the brand should think about this. At the end, whosoever replies to these comments and reviews just states email us which is of no use.
