I’ve always been a big fan of real fruit and have always experienced great customer service. Ever since they changed their kiosks, I haven’t been able to add extra sugar to my drinks nor have I been able to add the amount of tapioca I like. Because of this, I started ordering my drinks at the front so that they can manually adjust my drink to MY liking. In my opinion the tapioca is the best part of the drink and in all honesty, I go mostly for it lol. My go to order is a mango diamond slush with extra sugar, no mango chunks, and four times tapioca. Now, if I were to go to the front and ask for four tapiocas and they ALWAYS told me no, I would stop asking and just suffer with two, but each time I go, the staff have been extremely lovely and put in four times tapioca with no issues. Today when I went to get my drink the lady at the front was INCREDIBLY RUDE. it was like she was rushing me off which is an issue on its own but when I asked for four tapiocas, she so rudely told me I cannot put that much in my cup because the limit is two for a medium. When I explained to her that I’ve never had this issue before she ROLLED HER EYES AND AGGRESSIVELY input my order with an attitude. Not only was she rude, she also made my drink wrong by adding mango chucks when I asked her not to. Read moreI have to say that I am a bit disappointed about the lack of communication and the attitude I received. There was a special on the mango slushy, so that should be a good experience, right? Not so much in my case. I ordered my regular drink from the kiosk because the lineup was long. Which is a regular size mango, slushy with regular tapioca and a regular size mango slushy with nothing in it just the mango chunks. When it was my time to pick up the order. There was the homemade tapioca in my drink. So I said, that I ordered the regular tapioca, and not the homemade tapioca. then they told me that there is no more regular tapioca, so I said… If there wasn’t regular tapioca, wouldn’t they have communicated that? At this point, it was Madison that was communicating with me, in which she said that it taste the same and usually people don’t care. While she is talking to me, she’s giving me dirty looks… That I didn’t quite appreciate, after all… It is my preference. Which I then asked for a refund. As my refund was being processed, I was still receiving attitude from this employee. So I asked her her name, which she then said “Madison why?”. Read moreOrdered 3 mango drinks and found small blended pieces of plastic in all 3 drinks . The plastic pieces were sticking to my tongue and pulled them out of my mouth . The most frustrating part was my 2 young kids 6 and 4 also had plastic pieces in their drinks and most likely consumed the plastic. I took the drinks back to the store and let them know about the plastic in the drinks and they tried to blamed the plastic lids they put on the drinks ... but I asked how would the lids cause blended plastic pieces in the drinks . They made 3 more drinks and we found more plastic pieces in those as well . I contacted real fruit and the customer service is giving me a difficult time getting back a refund . The plastic pieces were in the blender and I'm sure a lot of customers that day ended up drinking small plastic pieces which is very disturbing. The store tried to play the plastic off as mango fibers ... but I showed them the plastic piece that I saved and showed them it wouldn't tear. Beware of plastic in your real fruit drinks....we won't be back
I will be contacting Ontario Health to visit the store location and explain how plastic was in their mango drinks they were serving...
