THE WORST ORDER AND SERVICE!!
This is by far the worst experience I have had with Walmart! I ordered the Instax Mini 11 bundle through Walmart online. It took a week for the product to be delivered to the store at which point I was notified by the shipper (DHL) via email, as it was delivered from a third party company. I had waited the whole duration of the 'estimated pickup time' before calling to inquire about the pickup. When I called for my order, I was told to come to the curbside pickup area to pick it up and I waited OVER an hour, just to be told that they couldn't find it and that they would call me when it has been located - before the end of the day. I did not receive a call so I decided to call the store a few hours later to check the status. The person(s) helping me on the phone was not aware of the issue or situation - it was not communicated to the next shift members, or prioritized. I was then told to come back because they had found it. When I arrived for the second time at curbside pickup, I was told multiple times they were still looking for it. After about 30 minutes of waiting, an employee came to tell me that it probably hasn't been unloaded from the truck and to come back when I received an email for pickup. TWO WEEKS LATER, I called to check the status of my order again. At this point in time, it has now been 3 weeks since I had initially placed the order and received a delivery confirmation notification from the courier. The worker who was helping me this time around, Austin, was helpful and efficient on getting back to me. I was notified that my order was not found and it was not able to be tracked down. I was finally offered a refund which I accepted, however, I was not reimbursed for the $49.95 shipping fee that was confirmed would be. I called Walmart and talked to the store manager to correct this and she had told me she was going to reach out to head office for the shipping refund, and in worse case scenario could offer me a Walmart gift card for the amount remaining. It has been two days since I have spoken to the manager and I am still waiting to hear back... VERY DISAPPOINTED and unhappy with the service, the quality, and the efficiency of Walmart regarding this transaction. A lot of back and forth, run arounds, and quite frankly waste of time. I paid for my items and was ready to leave but my 4 year old non verbal autistic son saw a woman in front of us with dinosaurs, his absolute favorite. We went back inside to go see if we could find them but he kept pushing everything back at me and was getting frustrated so I put it back and we were leaving. I pulled my receipt out because I understand, I went back inside so someone may ask to be sure I didn't put anything else in the cart. I walked from close to customer service to the front, with my receipt waving in my hand, looking everyone in the eye because I have nothing to hide, no one asked. I get right at the doors to leave and I hear excuse me and turn to see a security guard jogging at me, receipt still in hand. He didn't even need to ask and I just handed it to him, as I did so, maybe 5 seconds in, another security guard comes jogging up and I'm baffled. One stood by me, the other at the bottom of my cart while everyone is turning to look at me, and I can't blame them, I was treated like a thief. I said "you guys really think I stole something, do you not have cameras?" to which I received ZERO response! We stood there for at least 1 minute or more, I only purchased 9 items, 6 of them being advent calendars, yet he stood there IN HIS PHONE THING with my receipt in his hand and didn't speak to me. When he was done all I got was "here", not a single sorry, I apologize, nothing after embarrassing me for, quite literally, no reason. I spend thousands, literally, on groceries every month, I have a family of 9. I have never experienced something like this, I also just recently started shopping at this particular Walmart because I liked how quiet it is. I will NEVER shop here again, I've already cut back at Walmart for other reasons, and I'm at the point where I'd rather pay more for a product then be treated like a criminal simply because I went back to potentially...

Firstly, I recently went to have a recipt printed that was unfortunately lost. While this typically is not an issue, being a work expense it was something that was necessary. The lady at customer service was arrogant, rude, and refused to assist me. Once I returned home I phoned the store - this same woman would refuse to transfer me to a manager, to which I made up a reason to eventually be put through. The manager then clarified they absoutely CAN print the recipt, and will leave it up at the front personally. When I went to go get it, the same lady made a scene stating loudly it was never brought up and began lifting keyboards, binders, etc. To show it wasnt there - only for it to be directly beside her as pointed out by another staff member.
Secondly, and the main reason I have decided to leave this review, while cashing out tonight and enjoying a conversation with one of the lovely cashiers (and in my experience, all of them at this store are absoutely amazing), one of the managers, believe his name was Spencer (had the 20+ years badge, Short hair, believe blonde) though I may be mistaken, came up to thd register to pester the cashier regarding not asking me repeatedly to sign up for the master card. This cashier politely stated that she believes the customer always comes first to which he replied the mastercard comes first. I genuinely cannot believe how arrogant in general this man is - nevermind suggesting credit cards real interactions, his entire demeanor was not that of someone who should be anywhere near customer service, and I cannot believe HR thought this was an appropriate hire.
This store has gone downhill and lacks any form of care towards the customer. The cashiers are truly the only reason I would even vaguely consider returning. This store is a shell of the store that I once...
