Cinnabon — Restaurant in Oshawa

Cinnabon at Oshawa Centre is a delightful surprise! It's not located in the main food court, which makes it a bit hidden, but once you catch that signature aroma of freshly baked cinnamon rolls, you know you’re close. The spot itself is cozy with limited seating, but the quality of the food more than makes up for the size.

We ordered the Classic Roll, Minibons, Caramelbon, and an Oreo Shake, and every item was fantastic. The Classic Roll was soft, fluffy, and served warm with the perfect amount of gooey cinnamon and their famous cream cheese frosting. The Minibons are great if you want a smaller portion but still want the same delicious flavor. The Caramelbon was a standout, sticky, sweet, and indulgent without being overly heavy.

The Oreo Shake was a great bonus. It was thick, creamy, and full of cookie chunk, refreshing and rich, it paired perfectly with the warm rolls. It’s a great choice if you’re craving something cold and sweet.

The staff were polite, helpful, and served everything fresh. Though the space doesn’t have many seats nearby, it’s a great spot to grab a quick dessert to-go.

I always visit Cinnabon whenever I’m in the mall. But this experience was horrible. The “kid” who was working was so unpleasant and rude I would never go back to this location. I asked for two Cinnabon’s. One with pecans. When I dropped that one off to my moms house this employee covered the entire BOX with caramel and pecans. NOTHING was on the actual Cinnabon. Very disappointed! I checked the Cinnabon website to see if they are open. I understand that during Covid-19 a lot of businesses are closed or have different hours. When I heard that the malls are open I checked to see if Cinnabon is open. On the website it says they are now open for business. I went after work to pick up some cinnamon buns and they are CLOSED!!
