Harvey's — Restaurant in Oshawa

Wow. This place has so many stories that I can tell you about. So yesterday I went here because my friend wanted to grab something to eat. We go through drive thru as it was past their dine in hours. The staff was arguing with another customer in front of me who I believe was an UberEats driver. I overheard their conversation and she was being very mean to him just because he couldn't make it earlier as their was a huge accident at Taunton and Ritson. He explained his reason. But she didn't care enough and was VERY rude. To be honest I think they(Uber drivers) know their job and what they are doing and if the staff treat them with no respect the restaurant might lose their business. The staff needs to be trained well. The best is they don't know how to treat their customers let alone Uber Drivers. And I want to report this to the management. I hope they see this.

Update: I sent a review about their horrible service to the management and yes they did send me a mail saying they would contact me in TWO days but till today that call jasn't come. Fake promises, no respect for their customers and horrible food. I would never suggest anyone to go to...

Dont bother going to this location if you want your order correct and your food hot. Otherwise if you like a surprise burger and cold fries and chewy onion rings..then this is your place to be. Twice in 2 weeks I've ordered a burger with cheese..and NOT gotten it. My latest order I got mayo instead of cheese. Now.. how cant you mix up CHEESE...with MAYO? They don't sound alike at all. If I wanted mayo on my burger..I would have gone to Burger King.. The burgers were barely warm..the fries had barely any color and were cold and soggy.. and the onion rings.. cold and chewy.. Ever had a cold chewy onion ring? Its disgusting!! Completely inedible. I wasted $23 on food that half of it had to be thrown away. I think the staff serving this garbage..should be made to sit and eat it.. then maybe.. they'd be a little more understanding as to what they are serving...

Although I LOVE HARVEYS, it's By Far My Favorite Burger Place Ever, Don't Use This Drive Thru If You Can Avoid It. The Food Here Is Always Good If You Go In, But The Drive Tbrough Your ALWAYS Going To Get Luke Warm If Not Cold Burgers, And 90% OF THE Time They're Overcooked And Dry Like They Cooked Them Hours Ago And Just Threw Them Back On The Gril For A Quick Second. Also AT Teh Drive Thru The Fries Are NEVER FRESH. I Never Ate Unside Because It's Not A Clean Location, Tables Were ALWAYS Dirty, For Some Reason Customers Leave There Garbage And Uneaten Food On Teh Tables And It Doesn't Get Picked Up Till HOURS Later Or When They're Gona Close, I DO Go Here Often Cause It's The ONLY Close Location And The One AT Park And King Tastes Completely Different, No Like Harvey's So The Closest Other One Is Ajax. That One Is ALWAYS GREAT ALWAYS FRESH...
