Worst experience of my life! I work in the plaza so I like to get a sub some times and I like a soup with my sandwich every single time I have gone there ( Ive worked in the plaza for 2 years) asked for soup or chilli they never have any made so I ask them if they ever make it at all and they don’t her response was “no one orders it so we don’t make it” which I reply how do you expect anyone to purchase it if it’s never made? Most dry bread I have ever eaten. 6 inch blt that I'm still tasting 8 hours later. Good service but super low quality food. Not so good previously but this time was worth a negative review. I understand that everything is high cost for restaurants but to serve such a bad sub warrants bad review. Nice people but this has to be said. I’d like to give a shoutout to Manisha at Mr. Sub. She had a warm and friendly demeanor that really stood out, and I appreciated the care and grace she put into making the subs I ordered.

While the flavor didn’t quite hit the mark for me—it might have just been my choice of sub or sauces—the presentation was colorful and visually appealing. The store itself was clean and well-kept, no issues there.
