Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Oshawa

I purchased a slice earlier today in the evening. They had the slices left out since morning or the day before from what it seemed. Dried out beyond belief. It also seemed like they made the slices as thin and small as possible and with the least amount of ingredients as possible. Probably $1 worth of pizza at most and charged it for $4. The person i dealt with even tried charging me 10 cents more than what a small bags of chips are usually priced at other locations. He didn't answer for awhile after i asked him the price. Almost like he was thinking about how to screw me over. There were ppl in front of me and it seemed as though this same "worker" was trying to overcharge them on a purchase as well. They confronted him on it and he pretended like it was a mistake. The pizza pizza at harmony and taunton in oshawa. This isn't right and i'm considering reporting...

Walk in order of two XL family specials that come with two toppings on each for 9.50. One is for the kids who just wanted pepperoni so I asked if I could put their second topping on the other one. "No". Really? Ok so I say make the second topping extra cheese. "Extra charge". Really?

Customer focused service isn't apparently important in this store. Not impressed. Hope the pizza blows me away.

All this after failing with website order (error that I could not get around) and failed phone order (transfer to 'agent' and could hear others talking but no-one talked to me then put back on music hold).

While posting this I looked at my bill. Charged dollar extra for second pizza. Asked why and the sauce steak strips are extra charge. Ok but when I ordered extra cheese you told me extra charge but not for steak strips.

Food and Service is usually good here. However, we were craving for pizza and wings last night so we decided to dine in on this location. We came in, no one welcomed us as they usually do. One guy was busy on the phone and looking at the receipt, another guy on the back just being on his cellphone leaning on a shelf. We waited 5 mins, and they just looked at us without any acknowledgement. So we waited for another 4 - 5 minutes since we really wanted the wings we usually get, and still nobody acknowledge us nor took our order so they could have at least start making it.
