Subway — Restaurant in Oshawa

I had two meals at this subway. At the first visit, she who packed my sub and gave it to me, made comments to me regarding - neeche waali jaati ko chod diya tha...on my face. - Group harassment, Intimidation (Coercing is a part of) and brainwashing literally to invoke response or get the only information to act or make decisions accordingly in the future. Have heard of this story before.

First, broadcast or projected audio, police hain..when the other person was facing the other side. Before the male caucasian entered after me, some broadcast or projected audio, regarding - mata ji ne.... After he entered the person was a lot silent, hound me whereever they can as per their will who seemed to have engaged in personal convo on the phone. Later, while eating, got annoyed, as I couldn't even have the meal in peace.

I recently visited the Subway for a pickup order, and it was, without a doubt, the worst food service experience I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional, making no effort to acknowledge or address the order correctly. The sandwich itself was a complete disappointment. The bread was stale, not heated/toasted and the fillings were poorly assembled, with ingredients haphazardly thrown together. Not only was the quality of the food subpar, but the sandwich had been poorly wrapped, resulting in a messy, soggy package. It’s clear that no care had been put into either the food or the service. Overall, I would not recommend this Subway to anyone. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unacceptable food quality make it a place I will not be returning to. There are much better options out there, where your order will actually be prepared with care...

Feb 24 - I ordered two sandwiches, one tuna and one ham but only received two tunas. Upon calling I was advised I need to bring it back since the employee insisted she made one of each sandwich. Once I was there I was given the correct sandwich. This is not the first time a screw up happens to me at this location. More than their mistakes it’s their attitude that needs to change.

March 9 - Of course gave them another chance, we ordered two footlong sandwiches for delivery through the app, but the experience was a disaster. The delivery arrived late, without ringing the doorbell, leaving the sandwiches drenched in rain and cold. The sticker sealing the bag was tampered with, clearly indicating it was unsafe to consume and sticker itself makes reference to "not consume if tampered". When I called the restaurant, the response was dismissive and unhelpful, with the staff hanging up on me multiple times. Avoid this restaurant...
