So as usual, there’s an issue at this location. I typically try to give the business a chance to make things right before running to Google to leave a review, but their website timed out (see photo) multiple times when submitting. Sounds honest, but last time there was an issue the same thing happened during submission. So you waste time trying to explain, and somehow the error screen pops up every time. So below is the original complaint. Maybe they read these? Who knows?! Hello…again, Once again we visited store #906321 and ordered the Cinnabon delights and didn’t get them. We called and the staff member advised us to drive back and get them. We live 25 minutes from this location. (Why can’t skip deliver it? Because it’s not cost effective? Maybe they’d check the orders a little more carefully if they have to pay to deliver missing order items) How is asking me to drive back (not cost effective) the corrective action? So we then argue with Jesshan (less than pleasant) to agree to take our number and “next time” we can get them. Great, I explained that to two 5 year old kids, when all they wanted was the Cinnabons. Super! This place is has abnormally bad service, and worse customer service. Just figured I’d let you know. Again, David

This was a pretty decent Taco Bell establishment, featuring a decent restaurant interior, brightly lit building with bright colours that are very complimentary to the flair of Taco Bell. The food was decent too. I ordered with the app with a $7.99 + HST CAD deal for 1 Beef Crunchwrap Supreme and 1 Beef Fries Supreme. This deal was a very decent one and the price is more than reasonable for current economy. The food tasted average however. Perhaps it's been years since I've had Taco Bell but it was much more salty than expected. The fries and sour cream paired well, but the other parts of the meal were just plain salty. The crunchwrap was decent at first but after about 75% complete the flavour was just artificial and salty. I finished it but it felt like at the end I was rummaging through the bottom of a chips bag full of seasoning and salt, but very little substance. Overall, it was a decent Taco Bell experience but I have to say the crunchwrap was less impressive than I hyped it to be. However, as a fast food restaurant itself, sure I'd still recommend it. See photos for some examples.

Severely Understaffed and Poor Management/Ownership Walked into a jam packed Taco Bell with customers screaming at the top of their lungs. I felt really bad for the employees because the customers were ordering gigantic rocket science meals and saw some of them clearly scamming knowing if they said x was missing (when it wasn't) they would just make it to keep them happy. Customers said hour and a half long waits but I got my simple order complete within 15 minutes. As a past manager myself, my advice would be for the owners/upper management to stop cutting corners in terms of cost and just staff way more people. If it really costs too much or there is some higher up restriction, schedule shifts and send people home early if the demand isn't met. In terms of customers they need to be better. I had people screaming at me for deciding to not believe their first world travesty stories and wait in line, probably the southern junkies of the shwa getting their munchie fix. Regardless something needs to change the employees shouldn't suffer for the greediness of everyone else. Food was great!

I stopped in and tried the new steak and queso crunchwrap sliders, which tasted pretty decent!

But I had a really strange interaction with the young female worker that gave me my food at the counter, who was really rather rude (the one I ordered from was solid).

When I walked up to grab my order, she asked me if I wanted any sauce, which is of course standard at taco bell. Okay cool.

I confirmed that the order already has the green chile queso sauce, and she was a little snappy when she clarified it does and she was asking if I needed mild, medium, hot.. but whatever, no issue.

But then as I started to say "no, thank you" and reach for her to hand me the bag, she plopped it down from about a foot or two above the counter, like she was doing a mic drop or something, and then gave me what seemed like a pretty mean look and rolled her eyes as she turned away from me..

It wasn't like she was setting it down for me or accidentally dropped it or anything, it seemed intentionally disrespectful.. I don't know if it was something to do with me specifically, or if she had something else going on and couldn't keep her composure, but it was bizarre to say the least..

I'm usually not one to complain or leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I don't think I've been treated like that before in a way that seemed so intentionally rude, and seemingly so randomly and out of place.. I've also never witnessed a food service worker treat a customer like that in the more than 10 years I spent working FoH in the restaurant industry..

Very odd, I hope for the sake of the other customers she interacts with, that the way she behaved was...

I've been eating at this Taco Bell since they were in the other location decorated with stucco and sold beer. That's a while now. Last few experiences have been poor. Sitting in the drive through for + 20 mins only to have the order mixed up etc. Came in today, as a walk in ordered 2 chicken soft taco supreme, made sure to say that a few times and was assured. No sour creme, not supreme. The tortilla was chewy and hard on the edge and the chicken was also chewy and hard. Too old. Bean burrito was made correctly, cruchwrap has so little filling in it anymore there was no point to getting that, just order a taco. 2 of the sodas were unavailable. I understand the pandemic has hit us all. But fast food establishments have remained busy and the quality has driven so low. I think I will rethink a visit before returning to my "fave" place for fast food.

OK so I have been back as I like the food. Today though, no hot sauce and fries came in a KFC box. Added to the 20 mins in drive through. Labour and supply shortage obviously affecting them as well

So maybe, less hot sauce tossed in the bag for one taco. My CSR put like 10 in there. What a waste and a horrible attitude she was typing as fast as I could talk, I think she went to tender out and I said another thing, she said you...

I like the the day staff over the evening staff here any day. I went in the other evening and prefer a cheese fry over a deluxe any day of the week, being a cheese lover I always check the cheese on it before I leave so I don't get chinched out on my beloved topping like I have been, these workers in their kitchen are oblivious to the customers watching them make the orders in the evenings and have poor customer service skills as my cheese fry has one lite squirt of nacho cheese I politely ask for a little more cheese please, where a kitchen staff member then quotes the policies and procedures to me the customer about a 2 pump rule! Well I'm in the custom service industry.... Well rule number one do not argue with the customer #2 make sure your staff is working with pride and care for each dish they put forth like they've serving family and friends. Also you always point to the sign above the counter and ask why those pictures of fries loaded with toppings and your isn't and wish to precede to argue policies and procedures, Google area manager and speak it as your typing this it changes people's tunes when they're being rude to you the customer. And if you need to talk to an area manager do so politely and thing do happen...
