This particular day I craved a burger and a well brewed beer, it's not often that I can say that, so if I was going to indulge, by any means was I going to get a Mcrubbish and a commercial beer. So what do you do? Well you head down to your local (Canada, that's it) Three Brewers (Trois Brasseurs, if you're on Quebec) though not all Three Brewers are created equal... And order the traditional burger, and since it's pandemic times, order a couple of Amber beers to go with that awesome burger, I lived in Montreal for 13 years hence was able to have that same burger from different locals, I must say that the one I got in Ottawa has been by far the best of them all, Chelsea took good care of me and my order with true concern and diligence. Thanks Chelsea, I'll be looking forward to visiting your once again once my move to this beautiful city has been fulfilled. So, if you're in town, make sure to visit Three Brewers and try their variety of dishes and brews, I believe you'll not be disappointed!

I have 65 million views for my reviews and photos on Google Maps. You can be assured that all my reviews are truthful. My family really likes this chain, and we try to visit every time we come from BC. This time I I stalled the app and got $5 off. Not a lot, but a good touch. I was pleasantly surprised, as some prices haven't changed a lot since my last visit 6 months ago. The food and service were great. My kids really enjoyed it. What did I like the most? Traditional Sauerkraut meal ($19.75) is a pretty good size. It consists of smoked oktoberfest and toulouse sausages, grilled black forest ham, and served with beer-marinated sauerkraut and potatoes. For $2 extra, you can add half a pint of beer. My son ordered their ice tea, and it was amazing (non alcoholic). The cocktails were pretty good, and you could actually taste alcohol unlike in many other places. I would definitely come back. Our total bill without tips was $140 for 3 adults and 1 child.

On Canada Day, we chose this place for lunch! Apparently not the best choice going in with a hungry kid and a terrible wait time after ordering. we were seated at our table at 2:50 and quickly placed the order, the food were served at 4:10! no cutlery provided for 10 minutes, the food got cold and my son didn't eat his chicken! A picture is attached! the server, and her manager were extremely rude! I understand that Canada Day is a busy time for restaurant in downtown core, but all I was asking is to get an estimated time for our food to arrive! I kept asking politely and the response was: "you will get the food when you get the food! You can leave, there is a McDonalds across the street!!!" Would you leave a tip for this service? I didn't and it further exacerbate the server's rude behavior and disrespect towards our family.

My experience at this location has been mixed. Depending on the time and the day you visit, you might get servers who are fully immersed in making your experience great. Other times, the service is awful, with waiters going by without acknowledging you when you need something (a fork, a napkin, ketchup, the bill). This last time service was an improvement. The food was alright. The salad as a start was very bland. It was a bunch of lettuce, 3 tomatoes, some radishes and a spoonful of sauce. No substance and nothing chef-inspired about this. The beyond nest burger was very good, with a good sauce and bun. The sweet potatoes were cold and dry (like they had been fried the day before). Overall, I would recommend being careful what you order and getting up to get your waiter (not ideal, but at this place you don’t have a choice)

There are lots of restaurants within this realm of eateries on Spark Street. At the end of the day all you need to do is stand out just a little bit more to be able to capitalize on everybody else’s shortcomings and I kind of thought that the three Brewers was going to deliver on that. Unfortunately it was just an average meal at a tourist level price range and I think that there’s so many opportunities for them to make small changes to offer something better and more than the other locations that surround them. If you’re looking for a good spot to get a burger just walk up the street and go to Brixstons Pub. I think that at the end of the day you get more value for your money at a spot like that and you’ll be supporting local. This spot is just average in my eyes and I was hoping for so much more.

The brewery is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The location alone makes it a gem, offering easy access and a vibrant urban backdrop. The food was nothing short of delicious. The atmosphere was pleasantly quiet, providing a relaxing escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The service truly stood out—my server had an uncanny ability to anticipate our needs, checking in at just the right moments without ever being intrusive. As for the beer, I sampled four different types, and each one was a masterpiece in its own right. The quality and flavour were top-notch. This is a place you can enjoy with friends or family alike. Whether you're there for a casual hangout or a special occasion, this brewery will not disappoint. Highly recommended!
