Horrible service at this location. I had a package coming home that was not delivered due to an issue from the sender missing my unit number. The name on the package was also not mine but a family members who lives across the country. When I walked in and they denied me the package as per their policy is when the bad service came in. To be clear, the package was my new phone as my previous one was broken. They did not try to help me and started ignoring me even after i explained my situation. They provided no creative thinking solutions to help me get the package asap even after I told them it was vital for me. I offered to call my family member so they show their ID and face for me to take the package but they declined. They said I had to call customer service and get the package out for delivery again, taking another 2 days. Good service would prioritize someone saying the delivery is of importance and do it asap rather than the usual corporate I dont care attitude the worker and owner/manager had. On the manager... he is a funny fellow. When I asked to talk with the manager and he identified himself I asked how come they weren't helping me get the package asap. He said this, and I don't kid you, "we are not UPS, we are a franchise like mcdonalds". I was lost for words, I literally told him he is inside of a store called the UPS store and wearing the companies outfit with UPS on it. He just kept repeating himself. Honestly just bad and lacking any care, with no ability to engage in customer service beyond the most basic responsibilities. And remember, it says the UPS store on the outside but it's actually a McDonald's...

Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. A shipping label was incorrectly made up with the wrong address. As soon as I realized this I called to correct it. After being told to call a different number, waiting on hold, getting cut off by the automated system, calling again...
I finally got through to a person who, due to either the system being buggy or different accent, I could not make out most of what they were saying. What I did gather was that they could update my shipping information for a charge of 5x the amount of the original shipping cost. I asked to speak to a manager hoping I could clear things up.
The manager claimed there was actually no way of changing the delivery address until after an attempt was made then I'd be charged for the address change and delivery attempt. I tried to communicate I wasn't upset with him personally but the policy blocking this change was extremely upsetting. He became very hostile and repeatedly claimed he was helping me but couldn't do anything to help but that it was helpful of him to tell me this. I asked if there was no alternative and he claimed there was for some people??? I tried to get him to explain why I wasn't eligible but didn't get an answer...He hung up on me.
ETA: Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, when I attempted to escalate it I was hung up on. Perhaps you can use your influence with the company to express my concerns and negotiate better treatment...
Read moreI normally don't write reviews but was compelled to after my visit to this store the other day. The entire experience was so terrible that I don't even know where to start. I came in with a large package and they insisted on boxing it further. When I asked for an estimate they refused to give me one only telling me to come back in 30 minutes. After thirty minutes, they wanted to charge me $115 for a box, peanuts and bubble wrap. The labor fee was $45 alone! $45 to pack box! Unreal! They said it took 3 people 30 minutes at $30/hour labour. I was shocked to say the least and was able to get the labour cost reduced by $15. The owner/manager (whoever he was) was just making up numbers on the spot saying things like "Yes, let's change $45 because we worked hard?" Are you kidding me?
On top of that the price estimate doubled after they made the box making a $75 shipment over $150 plus the $100 for the box! This place is a ripoff.
This place is an absolute joke. Only one of the employees has any idea as to what is going on and the other two guys are totally clueless. It took over an hour to ship a package here. DO NOT GO HERE! This place should be out of business as far as I'm concerned. Never using a UPS store or UPS again for that matter. Worst shipping...
