3 Brothers Shawarma & Poutine — Restaurant in Ottawa

i was assaulted by a delivery driver. i ordered food from new shawarma king with a 20% discount thanks to just eat. it came out to just over 46 bucks. i got a call from a different restaurant, 3brothers shawarma & poutine, saying they had my order (confusing) and that they didn't have any dr pepper so we substituted a coke. the just-eat email said that the food would arrive at 12:20. i called the restaurant at 12:25 and they just told me the driver was already out. then the food came finally very late and i went down with 47 dollars to the lobby. he told me a different amount, 54 and change, and i said no the website and email said this amount. then i showed him the email. he still kept insisting on the 54 so i called the restaurant. the manager told me that he "wasn't able to put the discount in the system" and i'd have to call the owner in the morning to get him to refund the discount... then the driver called the restaurant to hear the same thing from the manager. then the driver explained it to me. then i left the money and took the food and went to the elevators. he yelled after me and followed me into the elevator and stood in the elevator door yelling at me and threatening me and grabbing and pushing at me. he repeatedly assaulted me and kept me stuck in the elevators for several minutes. he was standing in the doorway to the elevator and keeping me and a random dude hostage basically. he called the cops and the cops finally convinced him to go away from me and so i was able to get away from him for good. i could hear him yelling at the cops outside for like an hour. the manager of the restaurant called me and called me cheap and poor and told me "you're lucky you're a woman [indecipherable babbling] ... i don't like dealing with women." i hung up on him. i opened the food and our order was all wrong. my veggie plate that was specifically asked in a note to be vegan had some dairy sauce poured over the whole thing. the salad and starch on my wife's meal were the wrong options. both our drinks were missing and so was...

Today I went to 3 Brothers shawarma at 630 Rideau street and I was very disappointed in the service I received. I ordered a chicken shawarma plate (simple enough) well.. I was given a poor excuse for a shawarma plate. hardly any chicken. I have been there before so I know what I usually get when I buy food from this restuarent. As I watch the guy prepare another plate for delivery I literally saw this man place double the amount of food in that plate then in mine. when I asked the man who worked there what the difference was he stated that plate "was for delivery so he added a little more" this is verbatim what I was told by the man preparing the food. I am disappointed in the lack of consideration and consistency of this restaurant...

I am writing this review because this is to the first time that something like this has happened to me at this location. On two separate occasions I ordered a small chicken salad (which tasted really. good) and I was charged $13 which is the price of a large and $11 the second time which is the correct price of the small chicken salad. This place has good food but they are not consistent when it comes to how much or how little food you will receive or how much they...

Poor customer service. The old gentleman at the cash was very rude, impolite and unprofessional. I was with my brother. He ordered poutine with extra cheese but I ordered regular cheese. Extra cheese cost about 6 or 7 dollars. The associate made my order with extra cheese too by mistake. He told me he wasn't going to charge me for at a customer appreciation act. The old guy at the cash desk was so busy watching his phone. He didn't know what was going on. He rudely told me to pay for extra cheese or wait for another order to be done. I told him your partner said he would not charge me. He looked mean look at his partner and told me to pay for extra cheese or wait for another order to be made. He made me wait another 15 minutes or so and charged me $1.50 for hot sauce. He placed the order with extra cheese in the warm shelf (to be given to the first delivery order most likely) Moreover this guy at the cash was watching on his phone and not caring at all about his customers. He's very unprofessional and ill mannered. He was talking down to me as if I was begging him for free food or something. Terrible customer service and a shame to the 3 Brothers...
