I will honestly never buy Cinnabon from the store at Saint. Laurent. I went to buy Cinnabon there on Oct.1st.. first of all, I don’t know if the worker was having a bad day but she seems ++ upset when she served us. Poor customer service- ruined my day. That should of been a sign for me not to proceed to buy the Cinnabon. Since COVID, I have decided not to eat out, I should of continued doing that. So the same cashier, she served me and my little sister, great.. she was wearing a mask, but then she touched the cash register to input my order, no hand washing done and she did not even wear a glove, then she proceeded to prepare my order. Again, no hand washing done and did not use hand sanitizer after she touched the cash register and went straight to prepare my order. After she finished preparing my order, again she did not wash her hands, no hand sanitizer and no gloves used., instead she went straight to take my little sister’s order, again used the cash register, did not wash her hands, no hand sanitizer used and did not wear a glove, she went straight to prepare my little sister’s Cinnabon order.. touched the spoon/utensils that she used and put it back in the container. Honestly, people should understand that there is something called cross contamination. Please wash your hands when you are preparing food.. COVID still exist. However, whoever is the manager at Cinnabon.. please educate your staff about safe food preparation and the importance of proper hand hygiene practices. The public thank you for your...

Two different clerks with no clue whatsoever tried to charge me an extra $2.50, on top of the 'special' price. When I showed them on my phone's calculator what the price should be, including tax, they shrugged and told me there was no other way to ring it up on their cash. For two cents, I could have walked away, but I didn't, on principle. I asked them to please call the manager. I explained the situation on the phone to the manager and waited while the clerk held his phone's camera in front of the cash so the manager could walk him through how to ring up my 2-item order correctly. Honestly, when a customer spends over 10 minutes at the Cinnabon, having to argue about the objective price of a bun and a drink with 2 staff who don't know how to use the cash, the customer should walk away with a free bun, at the very least. And the lemonade was the most sickly sweet thing I've ever tasted, had to dilute it with a ton of water. A wholly terrible...
Read moreMy husband and I went up to the window where there were only 4 buns on display and looked old. There was a young girl and guy working as we stood there for 6 minutes there was no help with service, but the girl with purple hair had no problem running to an employee who showed up at the front from Laura secord she sat there laughing and chatting it up with her. Than left back to the young guy. I stood there watching the young guy look at me, I than addressed the young girl about her service and ignorance how she just made the establishment lose money. I told her she had no issues socializing with other people but ignoring ready to pay customers. She stood there with a confused look on her face like how dare I confront her, and I told her walking up to the place to see no options or even gone given service was unacceptable. She said we are working hard. No sorry working hard is making sure the display window is full and serve your customers not ignore and socialize with other people who work in the mall not paying. ...
