If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This is not my first bad experience but now my second and my last. I just got back from St.Laurent mall and I had ordered from Manchu. Actually... I didn't "order". I asked if there was fresh noodles in the back and he just started serving the noodles to me saying "no this is it" not really giving me an option. He wasn't very pleasant either. So because I felt obligated to now proceed with the order since he completely disregarded me, leaving me with the thought that this place has absolutely no good customer service what so ever, I ordered the rice and General Tao. The noodles were BURNT because they were the bottom of the barrel which is why I asked if there was any in the back. The rice was blan and had no carrots or peas or anything in it. Greasy too. The chicken was mushy. I wasn't even sure if I wanted Manchu yet but because this man was in such a rush to close down and has no care for his customers he made me feel like I could not walk away because he already started serving the plate. Then, this man did not even ask me if I wanted a drink so I didn't bother wasting more money at this place because last time about a month ago I came to get noodles because I was craving them since I am pregnant and this same man served me. He was then arrogant as well and brushed me off. They were closer to closing that time around though so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. But now that I see he's like this again I am not happy. Sure I only wasted 11$ but I don't like wasting money. And I sure as hell don't appreciate disrespectful people serving me food I end up hating. Not coming back. Read moreWent here today to pick up an order we made online on their website. When we stated we were picking up an order once of the employees told us there was nothing there. We told them we ordered through the website and showed our phones with the confirmation number and order. Immediately she started screaming at us. They kept saying if it wasn’t with skip or Uber then our order didn’t exist. Even though I paid $75 and had a confirmation order for this location we were getting screamed at that they couldn’t fulfil our order. The arguing and screaming continued for about 15-20 minutes in a packed mall while we tried to reason with the staff. They told us we couldn’t get our food even if they checked our phone for the order and that we would have to call for a refund. Finally one of the staff called their supervisor who confirmed they could see our order on the website. They finally filled our order in silence without an apology. Read moreSooooo we have graduated from fortune cookie to digital. Manchu wok never used to provide fortune cookies for free with the meal, normally it was an extra purchase. This visit I was provided woth a fortune cookie and I was quite excited! I had a friend with me as well and he also received a fortune cookie! We both opened the cookies only to see a link we had to type into the manchuwok website and enter a code to get a fortune and enter a contest. I tried both of the codes, they were both the same code.. Both times I got the fortune in the photo below... I miss the old fortunes cookies. This was a disappointment. Honestly I would prefer the fortune cookie with a real fortune rather than the "contest and possible no fortune"
