Wish they kept it up!

I’ve provided glowing reviews about this location over the last two years. We visited a couple months ago and we noticed that the Cinnabons were dry and lacked the amount of icing we got used to. We chalked it up to a one off. We visited again recently and we got a box as usual. We were told it was a few hours old which is fine. We looked at the buns and noticed that there was hardly any icing on the buns. When we politely inquired we were cut off and told they were double iced. We took their word for granted and went home. We ended up throwing the buns out. Dry and hardly had any icing just like we saw. New team or new management I’m not sure but will not be visiting the location again after throwing out 2 boxes in two consecutive visits.

Visited this location once again and they did not cease to impress. The quality of the bins are excellent with enough icing on too and the people who work there are glad to help. Keep up the great culture! There is a young associate there who works in the back making the cinnabon rolls. I never got his name as he doesn't work cashier. But every time he is working I am always willing to wait in line for a Cinnabon. Even the boxes when he is working taste amazing. He is personable with his coworkers and is funny as well. These signature cinnamon buns are one of the best ways to treat yourself when you are at the mall. I love that we can see the full lifecycle of the cinnamon bun being baked when you walk by. I also love how the smell of freshly baked cinnamon buns fill the hallways.

While a classic cinnabon is delicious, we opt to get the Center of the Roll, which is described on their website as "The ooey-gooey center of the Cinnabon universe. Available in Classic and Caramel PecanBon® flavors".

We first called before going to this location after we visited the St Laurent location and they had nothing ready to serve. This was at about 2 PM today. We were told they had lots left. So we drove all the way to the Bayshore Mall. When we arrived we are told that they cannot sell 6 packs since they can only do today when they have old product left. All the fresh product are only sold individually. How ridiculous is this policy? Also to add, they only had two cinnamon buns left to serve. So after all the driving around we ended up just going home...
