Went here with the family and was pleasantly surprised. The food was hot, tasty and fresh. Even the lady behind the counter was kind. The prices are reasonable for a mall restaurant (15.65 for 3 items) and the area behind the counter that you can see was clean. If you are hungry from your shopping excursion, I recommend this location.

Best Chinese sweet ribs and fry noodles in town, come here every week for the taste 😋 Update 1: Their general tso chickens also very delicious, with strong ginger flavor that can't find anywhere else. This is the only place I will intentionally order general tso chicken.

UPDATE: July 2023 Perfect meals every time. The best Chinese food in Ottawa at this location. Always service with a smile, hot, and delicious.

Delicious food every time! Especially the spicy dishes like Spicy Chicken and Black Pepper Beef. Absolutely the best Chinese food in Bayshore's food court, and in the west end of Ottawa! We have tried several west end Chinese food restaurants including the other one in the mall, and no one can beat this Manchu Wok location. Portions are generous, and service is always friendly and with a smile. The noodles are absolutely delicious. Perfect for when we crave Chinese food! Olivia even went above and beyond in making me an item I'd had elsewhere, and it was perfect! I would give this location 100 stars if possible! It's nice that they have a reward program too. And in the post-Covid days, they are one of the few restaurants in the food court where the staff wear masks, which is a very important...

On my latest visit, the service was exceptional—friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from start to finish. The General Tso Chicken was a standout, with just the right amount of spice and goes perfect with sautéed veggies. The fried rice was also noteworthy, featuring a smoky flavor and an assortment of fresh vegetables. The cleanliness of the restaurant and the swift preparation of dishes make Manchu Wok a reliable spot for a delicious and quick meal. Terrible food. I got 3 item plate. It was beef, chicken with beans and rice.

I understand that Chinese food is supposed to be greasy. The oil, after all, makes the food delicious! But the oil in this food was at a next level. The rice was hard and dripping in oil… and the vegetable in the rice was frozen peas and carrots from Walmart. Terrible taste and flavour. The beef was a little bitter and didn’t have good taste at all. The chicken was meh.

I used to go to the Manchu wok at St Laurent and absolutely loved the food but not sure what happened to this company. Wouldn’t waste my...
