Delicious food every time! Especially the spicy dishes like Spicy Chicken and Black Pepper Beef. Absolutely the best Chinese food in Bayshore's food court, and in the west end of Ottawa! We have tried several west end Chinese food restaurants including the other one in the mall, and no one can beat this Manchu Wok location. Portions are generous, and service is always friendly and with a smile. The noodles are absolutely delicious. Perfect for when we crave Chinese food! Olivia even went above and beyond in making me an item I'd had elsewhere, and it was perfect! I would give this location 100 stars if possible! It's nice that they have a reward program too. And in the post-Covid days, they are one of the few restaurants in the food court where the staff wear masks, which is a very important...

Terrible food. I got 3 item plate. It was beef, chicken with beans and rice.

I understand that Chinese food is supposed to be greasy. The oil, after all, makes the food delicious! But the oil in this food was at a next level. The rice was hard and dripping in oil… and the vegetable in the rice was frozen peas and carrots from Walmart. Terrible taste and flavour. The beef was a little bitter and didn’t have good taste at all. The chicken was meh.
