Mr Pretzels — Restaurant in Ottawa

I ordered a pretzel dog, cheese stick and dip from Mr. Pretzel at the Bayshore location (12/30/18 around 12 something or 1PM) and I feel so discriminated against and disgusted with the way the female cashier was treating me. I was fine with the wait because there was a line and they were busy. What bothered me was that the people before got their order without needing to provide proof of purchase. I was the last one to get my order and was the only one to order the pretzel dog and cheese sticks. The same cashier that took my order also made me show my receipt before I could get my order. I feel so discriminated against because I was the only one that needed to do that and all the other people got their orders without having to provide proof of their purchase. Like the total was around 13 dollars only and they think I would really sit around and wait to steal...

I visited this Bayshore location last week and it was extremely busy. Although the workers were working as quickly as they could, the process and system they use is not very efficient. They rely on paper receipts and shouting orders to each other which is not the best way to do things when it get very busy. The long line of customers waiting in the hot and humid store front seems pretty frustrated and the employees seemed frazzled and rushed.

The pretzels (I got one salted and one cinnamon and sugar to share with my boyfriend) were absolutely delicious especially when they were fresh and warm, although they were thinner than I have had before. They were priced at about $3 each which...

We visited Saturday evening around 8pm and Was very disappointed with the service of ladies working over there. They were unable to understand order ,were not listening to us and was just replying "I know I know "we wanted refund of one pretzel as we wanted to avail their promotion of 5 get one free but she charges us for 6 than was not ready to listen instead wanted to give us extra.
