UPDATE: I gave this place another try the day it reopened, as I hadn't had Chinese food in months since the last lockdown. Figuring that on the first day, the food would be fresh and good. What a COLOSSAL disappointment! The General Tao "chicken" was huge pieces of batter, with less than a dime-sized piece of chicken inside. The sauce was sweet, not spicy. The Honey Garlic chicken was extremely bland. The noodles lacked flavor. Also, this place charges more for a two item plate when the two items are "meat" although they hardly contain any. It was a waste of almost $13, for takeout. The only positive was that the food was hot at 12 pm. All I can say, is don't waste your money here! It's really too bad that this place reopened when the food court moved back upstairs to its smaller, noisier location. The space would have been better served by a different restaurant. There is much better Chinese food available in the mall, where you aren't charged extra for two meat dishes. Hopefully when their lease is up the space becomes a pizza place!
Expensive and the food lacks flavor in comparison to other local Chinese food in the area. Staff are rude. We won't return, as there is much better Chinese food available in Bayshore's food court. The noodles lacked flavor, the honey garlic chicken was soggy, and the dessert absolutely vile and was thrown out. If you're looking for a good meal, walk a few extra steps for far-superior Chinese food in the food court. There's no service with a smile here! Hopefully when the food court moves back up to the third floor, this restaurant will be replaced by something better. A small food court doesn't need two restaurants selling the same dishes, even if this one is inferior. If it were possible to give no stars, it would...

The woman working here had an awful attitude from the start—no smile, no greeting, just stared at me and my mom like we were a nuisance. We were simply trying to decide what to order (there was no one in line behind us), and she was already giving us dirty looks as if we were wasting her time.
Then she did something extremely unhygienic—she took one of the serving trays and hugged it around her waist, pressing the inside of the tray against her shirt/stomach. When I politely asked for a different tray for obvious sanitary reasons, she rolled her eyes and just tossed the dirty tray back on the stack instead of removing it. Disgusting.
After we paid cash, she handled the money and then touched the utensils directly on the mouth part with her bare hands. I asked for a new one—she did it again. Clearly no care for hygiene at all. When I asked for extra condiments, I was given just one, and when I asked for more, she made it feel like I was asking for gold.
The service was so rude and unprofessional that it made the whole experience uncomfortable. Honestly, it’s no surprise this place isn’t busy while the rest of the food court is packed. Definitely won’t...
Read moreAbsolutely Horrible. Both my woman and I, were going for our sure bet Torino Grill, but decided to give this place a chance instead. We both asked for the 3 choice combo for $10.99 each, and immediately regretted that decision. The server was very impatient as we looked over the possible selections, and kept saying "3 choices, 3 choices, 3 choices", relax we couldn't see what you have until it was our turn to order, and it was our first time there. We "quicly made our "choices" and the food was very low quality, over salted, and extremely greasy. We had to stop eating half way through our meal, not because we were full, but more so because it leaves you feeling kind of gross. This morning we both have a pain in the lower right side of our abdomen, and feel disgusted. Please do not eat here, do yourselves a favor and walk to the other side of the food court to Torino grill, as thier food is not only delicious, but you actually feel the nutrients coursing through your system, shortly after consuming their wonderful plates. If you, like us, have the reoccurring craving for chinese food, do yourself a favor and avoid this establishment...
