ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Originally had a terrible experience but their customer service crew was on it within 15 minutes of my review! Absolutely amazing. I hope other businesses aspire to achieve that level of quality customer service

---- Original Review: 1 Star ---- We are a house of 5 people and together we order AT LEAST 2 TIMES EVERY WEEK. We get the BOGO Uber Eats deal... we order 2-6 platters and always call to change the corn to lettuce. They say "no problem" and hang up.

Today, we just wanted ONE changed to lettuce.... they were VERY rude, claims they've NEVER made the change for ANYONE, when 5 people RIGHT BESIDE ME can confirm that they just say "no problem" and hang up. They even went as far as to say this is the FIRST TIME IVE EVER PLACED AN ORDER. All they needed to do was simply say "I'm sorry we don't do...

Love Poulet Rouge. Glad we now have one in the West End.

However, I had to remove two stars as my plate was really salty, could be the abundant citrus dressing they added on the salad.

I will have to try it with dressing on the side to determine if the bulgur or rice are that salty on their own.

Unfortunately my my 2 plates had to be discarded after eating a couple of bites as we could not eat a meal as salty as that one...and we took our meal to go and couldn't easily go back to the restaurant.

I will update my review if the manager addresses this issue and I get to ntry the dishes...

I liked that🩵! It's really delicious! ✸The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't put to you the whole chicken breast! As is the case! I mean they ask you how many chicken breasts you want for example you say tow but actually they cut them into strips, so you get two thin slices of chicken breast not a whole chicken breast! But the service and staff were very nice with us! And you'll get fresh food that's delicious and healthy, too! So, I think it's good for people who care...
