It was around 6:23pm on April 4th, 2025. My friend and I placed a self-pickup order through Uber while we were already sitting inside the store. A little while later, two other customers came in and placed their orders at the counter. Surprisingly, their drinks were prepared and handed to them before ours, even though we had ordered earlier.
I found this confusing and went to ask the staff. He told me those customers had "arrived first," but we had actually placed our order before they even entered the store. After I pointed this out, the staff changed the explanation and said the store was "I know, but I am busy." However, from what we saw, there were no more than three people in the shop, so it clearly wasn’t that busy.
In the end, we waited nearly 20 minutes just to receive two drinks. The whole experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful to customers.

Read moreI visited the shop on Monday, Oct 7th. While ordering 3 drinks, I paused briefly to decide which one should have less ice (since I had to travel an hour). The staff member, Jazz, walked away mid-order, went to another staff member, and started washing dishes , clearly upset. I had already given all sugar levels quickly.
She only came back after calming down, possibly because I mentioned I had spoken with your manager earlier , a very polite man of Chinese descent, who was managing another branch and was temporarily visiting this one. He had been helpful and respectful, unlike Jazz. ( jazz is not suitable for customer services need training she insult people dnt see their age . Train her tell her smile doesn’t cost anything )
Later, my kids told me she had acted the same with them before , if you’re even a few seconds late in choosing, she makes faces or just walks away....

The first time she gave me attitude was when i asked her that i needed the sealed lids because im taking it to go (first day she was on her formation). Second time was when i asked her that i needed my taro bubble tea as a slush. I have already paid but i was willing to pay the difference to make it both into a slush. She denied and gave me a really rude reply "no! im not doing it, you paid already, so im giving you what you paid"
