UPDATED REVIEW: I’m so sad to have to update my review, but I find it necessary, as they have changed SO much from the restaurant I originally reviewed. They switched to a delivery service I wasn’t a fan of, so it had been a long time since I ordered from them. I decided to pop in when I was in the area, and was so disappointed. They no longer had my favourite sandwich (the Hopscotch Hero), got rid of the best salad dressing they had (salsa verde vinaigrette), stopped putting crispy onions on the salad I normally ordered (the best part), and now they press their sandwiches?! Honestly, this restaurant used to be my favourite and I would order twice a month. As I said in my original review, they catered my wedding because I was over the moon with the product they offered. I know they are a small business, and I love supporting small businesses, but they don’t seem to care about their loyal customers who loved what they were doing. I still get messages from family asking me to remind them of the “amazing sandwich place from your wedding”, and I have to tell them not to bother because it is nothing like that anymore. When I mentioned how I sad I was that everything changed, I was informed it was to make training new staff easier?! Putting the ease of training before offering your loyal customers what they know and love is just sad. I won’t be going back, and I know I’m not the only one. I want the old Lunchbox back!!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is my favourite place in Orleans! They catered my wedding, and everyone kept saying how delicious it was! The ingredients are always fresh and perfect. The cookie dough is a nice little treat to add on, and it’s such a good price that I don’t mind! When I go in to place an order, they’re always cheery and polite! Super friendly and delicious food keeps me coming back...

We picked up some wraps and sides for lunch one day and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food here. We all got the summer dress wraps, chips, schrute salad, potato salad, and the macaroni salad. I got my wrap pressed and my husband didn't. He thought it was alright but I think having it pressed makes it a lot better. Anyway. The wrap itself had good flavours. It was light overall with fresh ingredients. Wished it was a tad bigger since it was yummy. The sides were alright mostly. My MIL liked the chips the most. She said they seemed to be in house made so she was happy with that. The mac wasn't that great imo. It was a bit bland so I put some salt into it. The schrute salad was great. It had lots of toppings on it so wasn't just garden mix. The potato salad was pretty decent. It had a tang to it. Again, I put some salt to it. Overall, I'll come back to try their different wraps. Think I'll get the chips and...

If you're trying to find out why you're not having the best day, it's most likely because you didn't have a sandwich or wrap from this incredible establishment. They go above and beyond in terms of quality of food, and they enhance every experience with the amazing customer service they provide. The individuals that work here take pride in their work and they go above and beyond any and all expectations one might have when looking for a beautiful meal. They are always so helpful, respectful, kind and caring. I honestly wish I had more bad days so I could use it as an excuse to go get a sandwich or wrap, but for now I'll just turn my good days into great days by making sure I make this a regular part of my routine. I go there for an amazing meal, but I always end up walking out with a huge smile as well.
