Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ottawa

The cresthaven location has terrible customer service over the phone. The woman who served me rushed me off the phone. Stating there was a line up outside. When i asked for the total for my order. She told me that it would take too long to give me the total. What a shame.

She told me my order would be ready in 30 minutes. When i arrived my order was not ready. She hadn't even punched in my order. I had to re-order again when I arrived. The place was packed I had to wait another 15mins for an order i placed 30minutes prior. After receiving my deep dish pizza, I drove home took a bite. Raw dough..I called them back to make me a new pizza. I had to drive back , return my pizza and grab another one. The woman at the counter was apologetic. I've had good experiences with them in the past. But this time around it was a very unpleasant experience. I suggest going in at a quieter time. They make terrible pizza and crazy bread...

I was there on Customer Appreciation Day. Obviously (2025-09-17). I cannot speak about other locations, but, when I was there this evening, they seemed insufficiently prepared and overwhelmed by the number of customers

It took me 20 minutes from joining the line to getting to the counter and placing my order. Then I had to wait for my order as they did not have a sufficient number of pizzas ready in advance

Also, the Customer Appreciation Day special was $ 5 for a classic medium Hot-N-Ready pizza. However, on the order board there was a hand written sign stating that you could buy TWO for $ 8. Despite that sign, I was charged $ 5 each. Given the crowds and confusion, it didn't seem appropriate to argue my case that I was overcharged

I have been going here every Friday for years now. Usually the pizza has been as expected and what I've paid for (hard to say great as it is Little Ceasars), but the last three weeks have not been the same. This week I've had enough. I always order their pizza well done which they used to be competent to do, and every other location I've been to can do, but the last three weeks the pizza is barely cooked to the point the cheese doesn't even look cooked. This week the "crazy crust" they charge $2 for was not actually applied to my kids pizza (which makes for upset children).

I get that Little Ceasers is the "fast food" of pizza but it is the one my kids like so I tolerate it. However I will not tolerate low quality pizza and get it not made the way I order it and pay for it.
