McDonald's — Restaurant in Ottawa

I recently visited the McDonald's located inside Walmart, and it was, without a doubt, one of the worst fast-food experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff seemed uninterested and unmotivated, offering zero help or friendliness.

The wait time was another major issue. Despite there being only a few customers, the service was incredibly slow. I waited over 20 minutes for a simple order, and there was no explanation or apology for the delay. It was frustrating to see the employees moving at a snail’s pace, with no sense of urgency.

To make matters worse, the place was filthy. Tables were covered in crumbs and leftover food, the floor was sticky, and the trash bins were overflowing. It's clear that cleanliness is not a concern here, which made me question the hygiene standards of the entire operation.

Overall, this McDonald's location is a disaster. The combination of terrible service, slow pace, and unclean environment makes it a place I would not recommend to anyone. If you value your time and a decent dining experience, it's best to avoid this...

Black coffee is black coffee.

When ordering a black coffee it means no dairy or sugar. I'm not sure what planet the lady working on Saturday August 20th is from but I'm not interested in your opinions about what a black coffee is.

She attempted to make a flimsy point that "around here black coffee just means no sugar " or something nonsensical like that. I had to listen to her "correct" the next person in line as well. This may seem trivial but how does someone not know what a black coffee is?

The other reason for the low score is that the place is filthy on the weekends, service is slow and they consistently fill coffee to the tippy top. This results in the warm beverage dripping out the sides of the container and a filthy mess.

Get a grip lady....

The McDonalds on Innes RD in the Wal-Mart is horrible, we got there around 1045 am waited till 1101 am for our turn at the cash as no one was taking orders... when we tried to order breakfast we were told we just missed it... after waiting 16 to place our order cause no one was at the cash, when we pointed that out to her, she just repeated no breakfast and that we were too late. Then we tried to order the all day breakfast menu (basically just no Hashbrown if I recall) just to be told that it's not a thing they do at McDonalds. McDonalds... when people are in line to order breakfast before the cut off... a proactive approach is to have extra hashbrowns and eggs in case. Needless to say... that location is no longer one...
