Noodlebox — Restaurant in Ottawa

I recently visited Noodle Box, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish! The cozy, welcoming atmosphere instantly set a relaxed mood as I walked in. The restaurant offers a great variety of Asian-inspired dishes, but their noodles are truly the star of the show. I went with the "Spicy Peanut," and I was blown away by the perfect balance of flavors — just the right amount of heat and rich seasoning.

But what really made the experience memorable was the exceptional service, especially from Harsh Patel. Harsh was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. He made fantastic recommendations, and his cheerful attitude truly enhanced the dining experience. Whether it was offering to adjust the spice level to my liking or sharing a bit about their signature sauces, Harsh went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and taken care of.

Customer service was 10 out of 10 friendly and the place itself was very clean. I asked if the butter chicken recipe was their own recipe and they said yes upon trying it. It’s very disappointing. I’ve had much better butter, chicken elsewhere and much more authentic I wouldn’t label the butter chicken on the menu as authentic. It is far from that and if it didn’t have the spice level, I feel like I would be almost unedible. It has a weird flavor. It has no cilantro, even though in the picture shows it has cilantro , it would be a lot better with cilantro. I feel like the other Asian dishes there would be really good, But the butter chicken tastes like it is a premade jarred sauce with a spin on it. I had an incredible experience at this cozy noodle . From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was super friendly and made great recommendations from the menu.
