I went this after noon to get 3-4 subs for my family which is suppose to come with 6 free cookies that I ordered on the subway app so I didn’t have to wait, walk in the store to the manager which I would assume flirting with an employee because that’s what it sounded like.. as I’m waiting beside the bag of food that’s for me. 1 customer is just being served but there is 3 people working. I wait around for 5 mins before I grab my bag, show the order and proceeded to leave as I leave and get home I notice that everything was rushed nothing was made properly or toasted, all the subs were cold, one sub was drowned in mayo to the point my daughter won’t eat it, missing toppings and the cookies were missing. Nothing professional at all, highly don’t recommend going to eat here very poor customer service, unprofessional just overall bad. I tried calling 4 times and nobody answered. I assume they’re still chatting/flirting. I’m amazed you can work in customer service, let alone keep a job if this is how you’re handling work. Went back to try and rectify the situation and was met with hostility and attitude. I had to go back and forth with the person because they were refusing to at least give me the part of my order that was missing. I was told that “this location probably isn’t participating in this deal” then I showed them on the app it states it is. I’ll make sure to contact corporate to let them know their deal on the app is a lie and they shouldn’t be advertising fake deals, especially considering some locations clearly...

Upon entering the store, I was completely ignored and had to repeat my order multiple times. Despite being patient and understanding at first — assuming she may not have heard me clearly — I quickly realized that her demeanor was noticeably unfriendly and dismissive. This was one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway location.
When it came to building my sub, I asked for an additional sauce after having already selected two. Krishna informed me that she could not allow “all the sauces” on the sub — something I never requested. I found this surprising, as Subway is known for allowing customers to customize their sandwiches. Additionally, she refused to add parmesan cheese and declined my request for an extra napkin, stating she could not give me more, as if it were coming from her own personal supply. I found this behavior unprofessional and unnecessary.
While I initially considered she might be having a bad day, I was disheartened to witness her being significantly more pleasant, friendly, and accommodating with the customer ahead of me. The contrast in treatment made me feel discriminated against and extremely unwelcome.
Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I hope that appropriate steps will be taken to address this issue, as no customer should feel mistreated or...

They ran out of bread. They only had 1 footlong Whole Wheat, 1 six inch Tex Mex, and flatbread.
I asked for Italian herb, and instead of saying they didn't have it, they just gave me the Tex Mex. I don't like that bread so I went back up to the counter.
The person in front of me was told the bread would be ready in 20 minutes. I asked if I could wait for that bread to have my sandwich remade. He seemed annoyed and told me the bread wouldn't be ready for 40 minutes. So I asked for flatbread instead. He seemed more willing to give me a refund rather than fixing my order.
The lady behind me was told the bread would be ready in 20 minutes. I asked why the person in front, and the person behind was told 20 and I was told 40, when we were all asking for the same one. He just laughed and said I had been standing there for 20 minutes, when I hadn't even been in the store for 20 minutes yet.
The guy that remade my sandwich kept forgetting what I was ordering. He asked me 4 times what kind of sandwich I wanted. I don't think a ham and swiss is too difficult to remember.
